Justin Amash wants to Abolish Civil Asset Forfeiture.

download-3

Look. It started out as a good idea. The Good Idea Fairy came along and popped some politico on the head and BAM! Civil Asset Forfeiture was born. It didn’t take long to become a perversion of justice and a legal State backed scam designed to steal from the citizen for the profit of local, State and Federal Law Enforcement Agencies.

The problem is that it was created in support of the War On Drugs. The War on Drugs is a lie. It is based on Nixonian lies and bigotry. Nixon wanted a way to target his enemies whom he characterized as “Niggers, Spics and Hippies.” Drugs was his path to doing that. He would use the Drug War to strike at his enemies. Of course, he targeted the drug of choice of the poor and middle class — marijuana.

Prior to Nixon lies that created the war on drugs, there was the Corporate War on Hemp. They lied about the effects of marijuana in order to get Hemp outlawed. Hemp had no THC but it was added to all of the bills because it was in the same family. Hemp is an amazing plant. It could replace paper as well as many products made with petro-chemicals. Dupont and other Corporations could not have that. They wanted those Big Oil Profits and the Lumber industry wasn’t going to lose money to hemp either. The first “war on drugs” was born out of that. Big Chem bribed and lied congress into passing anti-marijuana legislation.

100 years later, the lies that created the initial war on drugs combined with the Nixonian enemies list produced war on drugs is still destroying American lives as well as lives across the world.

The US has sent out its messianic missionaries in the INS and DEA to force, bribe and otherwise cajole most of the world into joining the farcical, windmill tilting War On Drugs. Billions and Billions have been spent to stop drug use with the result that more people are using “illicit” drugs than ever before.

The War On Drugs is a huge…no, a YUGE waste of time, effort and resources.

This is where Civil Asset Forfeiture comes into the picture.

The Feds decided that they could take the property of “Drug pushers.” They’d do so based on suspicion alone. No warrant necessary. No due process necessary. They could and do take the property of American Citizens and others within the United States whilst wiping their feet on the US Constitution which is supposed to protect against such unlawful and extra-constitutional seizures. The Fed doesn’t care.

They used Civil Asset Forfeiture to bribe local yokels and large cities into going along with it by “profit sharing” the property, cash and other possessions of the people from whom they extra-legally seized these items.

Local Cops went along because they got cool toys and trips to the Bahamas and end of year bonuses and pay raises. The beauty of Civil Asset Forfeiture for Law Enforcement is that the law states that your property only has to be SUSPECTED of being used or gained in association with Drug Crimes. No proof necessary. Any Police Officer can make a claim. They can take your property. The burden of proof is on you. You must travel to special courts set up for Civil Asset Forfeiture alone. You must spend thousands of dollars to prove that the seized items were lawfully gained and possessed. There is no presumption of innocence until proven guilty. In these cases, your property is guilty until you spend thousands to prove that it was innocent. This is criminal behavior of the State. This is the act of a Police State. This is what I would expect in China, Saudi Arabia or the Soviet Union. I would never expect this kind of criminal behavior out of the United States of America where we are told that we are a Nation of Laws.

You can google all of this. It is right there in black and white.

In the meantime, during the whole of the War On Drugs, the CIA has been using the very people who import drugs into the United States and the Drug Profits from those sales to fund covert operations in places like El Salvador, Iran, Honduras, Panama and Afghanistan. (All available on Google if you want to read about it.) A number of good, well researched books have been published about this. A number of good people have been destroyed for writing about this.

Civil Asset Forfeiture is unconstitutional. It is a crime against Liberty. It is nothing more than Highway Robbery with the Police wearing the Black Hats.

If Justin Amash wishes to abolish it, I am 100% with him.

The New Jim Crow, Black Lives Matter & Hillary

“But now that I’ve been speaking out and saying that mass incarceration is the new Jim Crow, now all of a sudden the Clintons are saying, ‘oh wait a minute, we are going to be back on the other side of this issue right now.’”

The African American under the Clinton Boot

The Clintons injected steroids in the New Jim Crow. It is amazing to me that Hillary Clinton, Democrats and other Hillary supporters have the unmitigated gall to claim that others are racists.

Why the fuck Black Americans supported Hillary is beyond me. Bill Clinton is the one who amped up the Drug War, Incarceration and Police Militarization that has led to the exact complaints of #BlackLivesMatter. This is exactly why I believe the BLM movement to be nothing more than Sorosian Propaganda. If BLM were really an intelligent, meaningful movement, there is no way that they would have supported Hillary Clinton. They’d have supported Rand Paul, Bernie Sanders or Gary Johnson.

You want to talk about cognitive dissonance. Black Lives Matter Activists supporting a candidate like Hillary Clinton is the very definition of it.

The Libertarians

new-henry-ford-quote

I can’t take anyone seriously who dismisses the opposition to the #WarOnDrugs as “oh, cool, we can some weed.”

The War on Drugs is the most serious threat to American and Global Liberty in the history of mankind. Millions in America and more across the world are incarcerated and murdered because of America’s War on Drugs.

The War on Drugs is a greater threat to world peace than the idiot, illogical and contrived war on terror.

Only the Libertarian Party wants to do away with these threats.

The Democrats and Republicans want to re-ignite the Cold War and expand the War On Terror. They would also continue the War On Drugs.

How many millions of lives must be ruined. How enslaved must the Citizens of America and the World become before the Politicians are satisfied.

These people are already talking about mandating RFID chips in children. Australia has made moves towards making this a reality.

Taxation has become naught but enslavement. The IRS can reach into your bank account and take every dollar you have saved.

Public Education is a failure. It is naught but nationalist propaganda. Want to know why Americans are so susceptible to Donald J. Trump’s moronic rhetoric. Look no further than the failed Public Education propagated by the Federal Government.

Some critics of the Libertarian Party charge that it’s platform is merely a return to the Gilded Age. The Republican and Democratic Parties were the architects of the Gilded Age. The worst abuses of that age were simply made Government Policy under the Republican and Democratic Leadership. Certainly, the People forced the Federal Government to change. Unions forced much of that change. Leaders such as Henry Ford made much of that change in order to beat the competition. The Market does work. The People have become dependent upon the State and have forgotten how to use the power of numbers. Markets are moved by supply and demand. Numbers make change if the People come together.

There are more issues. More and more to come.

None of these issues will be resolved by the DNC/GOP Mafia. They will only be exacerbated.

The Libertarian Party is the only voice of the people. Neither the Democratic nor the Republican Party are responsive to the People.

We need real change. We do not need another decade of faux Drone Ranger Mass Murder change of the sort offered by the Bush/Obama Clones of the GOP and DNC.

Black Lives Matter has Zero Credibility

1014182_187274628110457_946782098_n

Black Lives Matter as a movement will not be taken seriously until they learn to differentiate between a Blue Thug murdering a Citizen and a Cop killing an armed criminal. Certainly, the Blue Thugs are more prone to killing Black Citizens. Yet, it crushes any credibility of the movement when they demonstrate against a Cop who has shot an actual criminal who actually had a firearm and who actually pointed it at a Cop, refused to drop the weapon or shot at an actual Cop or a Citizen.

When a Blue Thug kills an actual innocent Black person, Black Lives Matter should be out in force. When a Cop shoots an actual criminal, Black Lives Matter should be silent. Until that happens, no one can take them seriously. They’ve become the Al Sharpton of political movements. They have zero credibility.

I would love for this movement to have credibility. This is an important subject. Police Brutality does, I believe, disproportionately affect Black Americans. It does not ONLY affect Black Americans though. Police Brutality affects everyone.

For morons who keep asking about Black on Black crime, yes, this is another important issue. Yet, it is a separate issue.Black on Black crime is Citizen against Citizen. Police Brutality is a State Power issue. When the State assumes the power of life and death and does so with such ease as do Police, we have an issue. A huge issue.

Much of the Black on Black crime that is out there, I believe is created by the War on Drugs. End the War on Drugs and much Black on Black crime within Black Communities will dissipate. Many of the problems within the Black Communities in America have been created by the State.

The lesson that everyone is missing in all of this is that NO LIFE MATTERS to the State. The State uses the Citizens and others as a tax base and to legitimize itself via elections. The State doesn’t care about Black lives or White lives or any lives. It cares only that it continues to exist. Once you realize this, things start to make sense.

Marijuana

Marijuana_Cures_Cancer

Marijuana, like alcohol, is neither inherently good nor evil. It is a substance that occurs in nature. If abused, it can harm. If not, there are actually healthful properties and benefits to those who use it. Marijuana, on the whole, is much less harmful than alcohol and other “drugs.”

One person’s weakness should not negatively affect the lives of others. The weakness of some should not be justification for the use of force or tyranny of the State.

America must ask itself. Is the prohibition of a plant which grows wild in nature worth the Billions of dollars invested? Is prohibition of marijuana worth the lives damaged and destroyed? Is marijuana prohibition more important than the proven medical benefits of marijuana?

The Government of the United States of America has waged a war of lies against the American People for well over 100 years in this War On Drugs. Marijuana and Hemp have hundreds of possible applications that would be beneficial to Americans and the American Economy. Ending the War On Drugs, or at least the marijuana portion of it, would save the American Tax Payer Billions of Dollars.

Why, knowing all of this, would we continue to support a War On Drugs that has truly only been a War on American Liberty and the American People?

Think about this America.

Cops are only Human

7a5fdb7d89fff7973ac550e2bb8c6ce3

It is dangerous to view Police or, as they like to call themselves, Law Enforcement as “humans.” Certainly, they are humans. However, they are much more than that. They are of the State. They are the means through which the State projects power and authority.

They are not merely humans who are good or bad. They have authority and power vested in them by the State which can be used for good or bad.
Their incompetence can adversely affect us. Their negligence can adversely affect us. Their willful malfeasance can adversely affect us. Any action that they take that is not wholly competent, lawful, moral and with good intent can adversely affect us. Any action that they take which they believe is lawful, moral and with good intent can adversely affect us.

These are not mere humans. They are not mere Citizens. They are instruments of the State. Thinking of them as merely fellow humans or even fellow Citizens is a mistake.

Every action a Law Enforcement Officer takes whether it be good or bad has consequences. Many of the actions that LEO take in the performance of their duties will adversely affect Citizens of the various States and of the United States of America. This must always be uppermost in their minds and it should be the same for Citizens who wish to remain free.

Cops are not mere humans. They are Officers of the State vested with authority and the power over Life and Death. They cannot be imbeciles. They cannot be incompetent. They cannot rely on mere muscle memory. They must be disciplined, knowledgeable of the law, morally reliable, competent and they must be held to a higher standard than every other Citizen of the United States of America.

The War on Drugs is an Immoral Lie

shutterstock_195329831-edited

The Police will murder you for smoking a Plant that exists in nature. Meanwhile, he probably currently smokes that same plant or has done so in the past.

During the Woodrow Wilson administration, Dupont and other Corporations were feeling the competition from Hemp. They decided to bribe the American Congress to rid themselves of this profit crushing competition.

Dupont and Congress colluded to lie to the American people and conflate Hemp with Marijuana. They couched the issue in terms of public health and safety. Marijuana was demonized as a danger to the American people. Hemp was dragged through the backdoor in secret as part of the anti-Marijuana legislation.

Marijuana was outlawed and hemp as well.

100 years later, we find out that marijuana has numerous health advantages that the American people have missed out on because of the greed of Dupont and the American Congress.

Hemp, we likewise find out, has thousands of every day uses and is much better for us and the environment than Dupont/petroleum products. Hemp could replace trees in the manufacture of paper. It can replace cotton. It can replace thousands of petroleum products.

For 100 years, the American people have been lied to, oppressed, suppressed, persecuted, prosecuted and imprisoned because the United States Congress lied to the American people at the behest of a handful of Corporations.

American Police went along with this fabrication either knowingly or as ignorant stooges of the Politicians. They say ignorance is no defense when it comes to the law. If such is the case, why do Police feign ignorance so often in defense of their actions.

The War on Drugs has always been immoral. It is now immoral. Yet, we have Police who do not want to give it up. Why? Because it is profitable. Police get fancy toys and higher pay because of the War on Drugs. Police get to play at being soldiers. Police get away with murder, theft and violation of the Constitution and Human Rights because of the ‪#‎WarOnDrugs‬.

Why would the Police want the War On Drugs to end. It gives them carte blanch. The War on Drugs has made the American Police nigh untouchable. If the War On Drugs ended, We, the people, might decide to look at the actions of Police. I doubt it as most Americans are sheep who still believe that American Police protect and serve despite the fact that the US Supreme Court has ruled that Police are not obliged to protect or serve anyone except the State.

The War On Drugs is immoral. It is a War On ‪#‎Liberty‬. Nothing more. Any Police who enforces the laws of the War On Drugs is an immoral human being. All Cops enforce these laws. All Cops are immoral. Period. There is no middle ground.

Then  came  Nixon and his liesmore on that later.

The War On Drugs and Immoral Law Enforcement

organised-crime.jpg

I understand that most Americans can’t think for themselves. They need a GOP or DNC representative to explain how they should feel about a given subject, issue, person or event.

Let’s stop for a moment to think about the Police. Those “noble” enforcers of American laws and regulations petty, small and large.

The American Law Enforcement Officer does not question the law. He simply enforces it. For example, if the law states that feeding the homeless is illegal, Law Enforcement Officers will not care if it is the compassionate, moral or right thing to do. They won’t care that this law goes against their supposed “Christian values.” They will simply enforce that law. They will arrest Citizens for feeding the homeless. They will fine Citizens for feeding the homeless. If the Citizen does not immediately obey the “authority” of the Law Enforcement Officer, the LEO will become agitated and, oft times, violent.

Most of the American Police Forces do not know and are not trained in any other method of Law Enforcement other than escalation of force. They are trained to demean, threaten, oppress and intimidate. This, to their masters, is the right and proper method of “law enforcement.”

Let’s take another example. Many, if not most, of our Law Enforcement Officers and Officials are One Hundred Percent behind continuation of the War On Drugs and, especially, the prohibition of marijuana. The DEA Chief has gone on record stating that Medical Marijuana is a joke. This is despite much evidence to the contrary. Even the National Institute of Health has stated recently that marijuana can help ease symptoms of cancer. They’ve also stated that marijuana can help halt the spread of cancerous cells and in some cancers has been shown to kill cancerous cells.

Medical Marijuana can and has helped many sick person heal and become whole.

Marijuana prohibition is immoral. It is a corruption of our Nation’s system of laws. Yet, American Law Enforcement Officers continue to enforce these immoral and corrupt laws.

All Police enforce these laws.

In Colorado, jurors who are not so propagandized by the State enough so that they act in concert with the State without a thought towards morality and right action have taken to nullifying arrests made by Police and prosecuted by District Attorneys. This has angered many Police and Government Officials. I look for more immoral and corrupt legislation to be passed with the aim of overruling these wise and moral citizens.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Law Enforcement is not out there to protect you. They will and do enforce laws for one reason only. That reason is to collect revenue. You pay them to enforce laws that you neither want nor need. You are forced to pay for these immoral services that are a detriment to your existence as a Free Citizen in the United States of America.

We are, they say, a nation of laws. Yet, we have too many laws. Once laws govern every facet of life, they are a tyranny. We are now a tyranny of the law. We are tyrannized by the law.

When Police thoughtless, uncompassionately and violently enforce immoral laws, they are no longer a moral force in our nation. They have become a detriment to to a peaceful society. Cops love to speak to the evils that they fight in the line of duty. Yet, in my opinion, they have become a greater evil and serve a yet greater evil.

How can an enforcer of immoral laws be anything but an immoral human being?

It is not possible to morally enforce corruption and immorality.

America is either a Nation of Laws or it is not. Police cannot be above the Law.

BzgLaTwCYAAatbJ

On March 23, 2005, I lost a good friend. He was a rookie Police Officer. He’d been on the job about a year.

I helped Pete build up the courage to ask out his future wife who is one of my best friends. Pete was a good guy.  A moral man who would have been a good Cop.  I’m not sure if that would have helped or hindered his career. I would have hoped that he’d have risen through the ranks and tackled the hard questions of Policing in modern day America. I would hope that he’d have done some good and, perhaps, even gone on to bring change and accountability to the Police force of Louisville/Jefferson County, Kentucky.

However, his life was cut short. I would blame this on poor training. Pete wasn’t equipped, yet, to be out there on his own and survive. He wasn’t trained to survive. Like most officers, he was trained to respond and to “shoot first.” However, he wasn’t equipped to deal with a mentally ill 16 year old with a death wish. Because of that, he died. The Louisville Metro Police Department failed Pete massively.

I have an Uncle who is a career Cop. Another Uncle has been a Sheriff of a small locality right outside of Louisville proper.

I’ve spent 3 years in Afghanistan training Afghan National Police forces and working with amazing people who happen to be Police.  Some of them decry the State of the Police forces in America. Some of them…well, they are part of the problem.

By no means do I hate Police.  What I absolutely abhor is the corruption inherent in our American Police forces.

I was asked by Afghan Police constantly how they could combat the corruption that is rife within their Police Forces. I never had a good answer. Cops who fight corruption die. They are killed by fellow Officers. They are allowed to be placed into dangerous situations that lead to their deaths so as to rid the corrupt Cops of the rat. A good Cop who tries to do something about corruption is ostracized.  They’re run off the job. They are bullied. This is American Policing.

I have spent a good deal of time researching American Police. What I have found is rampant corruption and Cops who believe that they are above the law. The problem is that the US Courts have given them qualified immunity. This, in fact, does place them above the law.

This must change or America can not be a nation of laws or a nation of Liberty.

The War on Drugs ~ Unethical, Illegal, Unconstitutional

end-the-war

Laws and legislation are not always ethical or decent or good for the public. some laws are unethical. I believe that the War on Drugs was an unethical actions. It was/is a war on the Bill of Rights.

If you go back and research it, this is precisely what Nixon intended. Of course, it wasn’t a war on all citizens. Merely the citizens whom Nixon considered contemptible, beyond reach and unworthy of being allowed to exercise their freedoms.

Nixon own words can be used against him here. He stated that marijuana use was the domain of “hippies, criminals and niggers.” The war on drugs was actually a war on these people. He equated all as the same. To Nixon and his elitist scum, Black people, the youth of the ’60s and ’70s were the same as criminals.

The War On Drugs was nothing more than an attack on the Constitution of the United States. It was the beginning of the police state and the militarization of the police and the use of said forces unconstitutionally on the citizens of America.

All of these drug laws should be abolished and all of the victims of these Statist circumventions of the rights of American Citizens should be freed from the Statist bondage into which they were enslaved and with which they (we) have been oppressed these past 40 plus years.

To my way of thinking, the laws of the Drug War are no better than the Soviet laws which crushed freedom and dissent. They were used for exactly the same purpose. To crush dissent, to stifle the people, to invade our privacy, our homes and our lives.

The whole institution is heinous and the inventors, perpetuators and perpetrators of the War on Drugs should all be arrested and tried for crimes against humanity and treason against America.

American Statists, Thugs and Goon Squads

Image

In a nation known around the world for its respect for individual freedom, citizens are spread-eagling themselves on the pavement and begging to be strip-searched. No liberty is too precious to be thrown on the sacrificial pyre.

Each day, an American home is invaded by uniformed thugs.

Each week, someone is murdered in America by uniformed Statists thugs.

American citizens are brutalized each day by uniformed goon squads known as S.W.A.T.

Most of these actions take part on behalf on a war that is more unpopular than Vietnam and Iraq combined.  That war, of course, being the American War on Drugs or as I like to call it, the War on Civil Liberties.

The majority of Americans do not want it.  No matter, like Obamacare, it’s the law of the land.  Like Slavery and Jim Crow, the War on Drugs is the StatistsThugs tool of oppression.  Incarcerate millions of minorities and poor in the name of keeping America safe from the evil scourge of drug abuse and drug violence.  Never mind that drug “abuse” has accelerated under the war on drugs.  We’ll disregard that drug prohibition has turned whole neighborhoods in American cities into war zones.

And we’ll ignore the fact that the War on Drugs has all but obliterated what we used to call Liberty.  The US Constitution was long ago discarded in the name of drug prohibition even as the United States Government and our largest Corporate institutions and Banks have colluded with Drug King Pins to launder all illicit drug money…for a share, of course.

Mexico is in the grip of a murderous drug war that has killed over 150,000 people since 2006. It is one of the most violent countries on earth. This drug war is a product of the transnational drug trade which is worth up to $400 billion a year and accounts for about 8% of all international trade.

The American government maintains that there is no alternative but to vigorously prosecute their zero tolerance policy of arresting drug users and their dealers. This has led to the incarceration of over 500,000 Americans. Meanwhile the flood of illegal drugs into America continues unabated.

One thing the American government has not done is to prosecute the largest banks in the world for supporting the drug cartels by washing billions of dollars of their blood stained money. As Narco sphere journalist Bill Conroy has observed banks are ”where the money is” in the global drug war.

In March 2010 Wachovia cut a deal with the US government which involved the bank being given fines of $160 million under a ”deferred prosecution” agreement. This was due to Wachovia’s heavy involvement in money laundering moving up to $378.4 billion over several years. Not one banker was prosecuted for illegal involvement in the drugs trade. Meanwhile small time drug dealers and users go to prison.

If any member of the public is caught in possession of a few grammes of coke or heroin you can bet your bottom dollar they will be going down to serve some hard time. However, if you are a bankster caught laundering billions of dollars for some of the most murderous people on the planet you get off with a slap on the wrist in the form of some puny fine and a deferred prosecution deal.

And Gods forbid that we admit that the American CIA uses the same drugs prohibited in the US to fund wars all over the globe.  We’ll even neglect to mention that most of those same drugs that the CIA buys, steals and sells for a profit make it back to the shores of America.

In 1989, the United States invaded Panama as part of Operation Just Cause, which involved 25,000 American troops. Gen. Manuel Noriega, head of government of Panama, had been giving military assistance to Contra groups in Nicaragua at the request of the U.S.—which, in exchange, allowed him to continue his drug-trafficking activities—which they had known about since the 1960s.[27][28]When the DEA tried to indict Noriega in 1971, the CIA prevented them from doing so.[27] The CIA, which was then directed by future president George H. W. Bush, provided Noriega with hundreds of thousands of dollars per year as payment for his work in Latin America.[27] However, when CIA pilot Eugene Hasenfus was shot down over Nicaragua by the Sandinistas, documents aboard the plane revealed many of the CIA’s activities in Latin America, and the CIA’s connections with Noriega became a public relations“liability” for the U.S. government, which finally allowed the DEA to indict him for drug trafficking, after decades of allowing his drug operations to proceed unchecked.[27] Operation Just Cause, whose ostensible purpose was to capture Noriega, pushed the former Panamanian leader into the Papal Nuncio where he surrendered to U.S. authorities. His trial took place in Miami, where he was sentenced to 45 years in prison.[27]

Noriega’s prison sentence was reduced from 30 years to 17 years for good behavior.[29] After serving 17 years in detention and imprisonment, his prison sentence ended on September 9, 2007.[30] He was held under U.S. custody before being extradited to French custody where he was sentenced to 7 years for laundering money from Colombian drug cartels.[31]

On March 13, this reporter contacted investigative historian Robert Morrow, whose research into the murder of CIA-sanctioned pilot Barry Seal is unparalleled. Seal claims to have run drugs for U.S. intelligence.

When asked about official criminality associated with Afghan’s opium business, Morrow replied: “U.S. government involvement in the drug trade ebbs and flows depending on a particular administration’s level of corruption. If a Bush or Clinton is in office, you better believe it’s rip-roaring.”

Morrow provided more insights. “Or, maybe their complicity is so institutionalized that presidents don’t even control it. Intelligence agencies and the military do. The government has many faces. One DEA [Drug Enforcement Administration] agent could be entirely honest while another is on the take from drug cartels and the government.”

Delving into deep state secrets, Morrow stressed: “The people who ran all the drugs into America during the Iran-Contra era were George Bush, Sr., CIA Director William Casey, Oliver North and both Clintons. Airports like the one in Mena, Arkansas that Bill and Hillary operated stretched all across the southern U.S. You need to remember that Barry Seal [who allegedly flew more cocaine into America than any pilot in history] was personal friends with Bill Clinton. He also spoke with Bush, Sr. on a weekly basis.”

In the Great and Exceptional United States of America, there have been so many drug scandals in police departments across the nation that no one bothers to keep statistics on it.

The War on Drugs was billed as a way to keep “niggers” and “spics” from sexin’ up innocent white girls.  That’s how LBJ and Nixon put it anyway.

“Look, we understood we couldn’t make it illegal to be young or poor or black in the United States, but we could criminalize their common pleasure. We understood that drugs were not the health problem we were making them out to be, but it was such a perfect issue…that we couldn’t resist it.”

– John Ehrlichman, White House counsel to President Nixon on the rationale of the War on Drugs.

What it turned into was a War on American Liberty.

Now that a few States have legalized marijuana, you can watch the vultures (Police) in surrounding States circling around interstate highways.  They sit and wait.  They peer down the open road.  Across the borders of their States.  Waiting for any citizen of Washington or Colorado to cross that line.  When they see one…THEY POUNCE!  Like the Highway Robbers of old.  Making any excuse to “protect and serve” that citizen out of his car, his money, his freedom.

This is the American Police of our Age.  No longer do they protect and serve.  Now, they rob and imprison…and they dare call this justice.

Justice Thurgood Marshall was moved to remind the [Supreme] Court that there is “no drug exception” to the Constitution.

Every friend of freedom … must be as revolted as I am by the prospect of turning the U.S. into an armed camp, by the vision of jails filled with casual drug users and of an army of enforcers empowered to invade the liberty of citizens on slight evidence.

— Milton Friedman[1]

If the zeal to eliminate drugs leads this state and nation to forsake its ancient heritage of constitutional liberty, then we will have suffered a far greater injury than drugs ever inflict upon us. Drugs injure some of us. The loss of liberty injures us all.

BAN ALL FIRE ARMS!!!

BAN ALL FIRE ARMS!!!

And people will still die.

1. Gang related deaths are a majority slice of these gun deaths.

You aren’t going to get their guns nor are you going to stop them from getting guns. This isn’t Europe. We have Mexico on our border.

2. Most of the mass killings of white people, which is the real issue here as the only time anyone cares about gun deaths is when they invades White America, are centered on young males who have been life long pharmaceutical addicts due to depression or some other pseudo-psychological issue which the pharmaceutical industry combined with left leaning sociologists and psychologists have conspired to create in order to properly profit from misery.

3. America is not the rest of the world. What works in Australia, Canada, Sweden, Britain or what seems to work there will not necessarily work in America. We have a greater population. We have more dense population centers. We have a more diverse population. We have a greater immigrant population. We have a culture that sees firearms significantly differently than the United Kingdom which has historically banned firearms (weapons) ownership.

4. We have a right to bear arms codified in our Constitution.

This challenge can be supered via the following:

1. Halting the war on drugs. Legalize drugs.  Tax them.  As with the end of alcohol prohibition, this will greatly decrease violence in the inner cities.

2. Stop the pharmaceutical companies from issuing drugs with KNOWN psychotic side effects.

This would stop roughly 99% of the Young Male Mass Shootings.

3. Enforcing laws currently ON THE BOOKS and stop wasting time on criminal manufacturing and prison profiting.

That ends about 80-90 percent of the firearm deaths that are not GOVERNMENT RELATED.

4. Hold Police accountable for their negligence and malfeasance and dereliction of duty.

Police, as of this moment, are above the law. They can kill with impunity. They can kill innocent people and be excused for doing so because they have a “dangerous job and have to make split second decisions.”

Put a stop to legalized police and STATE murder. That takes a huge chunk out of deaths due to firearms.

These steps are, I would think, common sense.

Imagine the lives that would be saved for more extensive taxation by the State if these steps were taken.

A last step would be to actually reform education in America. An educated citizenry would go a long way towards resolving much violence across all levels of society. It may even rid us of the idiotic superstitions (religions) that plague our people’s minds and spirits.

As for me, I do not trust the State. I trust no State. Not America, not Australia, not even peaceful Canada or Switzerland. All of them are 15 minutes away from tyranny. I’ll keep my ability to defend myself against the despots that have always been waiting in the wings and will always be waiting in the wings.

End Prohibition and the Drug War

Image

One reason that crime is down is that the STATE is now not inventing criminality via legislation. Marijuana should have ALWAYS been legal. It should never have been made illegal by this corrupted State called America with it’s contrived War on Drugs.

We can all thank Nixon for the trumping up of the War on Crime which morphed into the War on Drugs which has always, in reality, been a war on American citizens (specifically the poor and minorities).

If one reads the history of the War on Crime/Drugs, it becomes apparent that this scheme has always been, first and foremost, a scam to scare Americans into voting for particular candidates as well as a means of slowly and methodically gaining acquiescence from the pubic for destruction of the United States Constitution.

Nixon all but clearly states this as his goal in the beginning of the mad and criminal venture.

The Statist Nightmare called “Progressive” America

Image

Anyone who stands behind the fascist laws of this nation may be able to read. However, these persons are much too brainwashed to be capable of critical or independent thought.
America is supposed to be a land based on justice, liberty and “pursuit of happiness.”
I know this concept is foreign to most liberals and conservatives who wish to impose their will upon the population at large.

America, thanks in large part to the GOP and DNC, has become an oligarchy wherein justice is known only to the affluent and elitist classes. That anyone besides these persons would support fascism such as that clearly visible in America today is a clear sign of said person’s self-delusion.

I hope that each Democrat and Republican in this country falls victim to the abomination which they have helped create via their blind allegiance to the parties of corruption and greed.

May you all rot in your mythological Christian hell.

Why Should The Wealthy Pick Up Their Share?

Why should the rich pay more tax than the average American citizen?

The military since World War II has almost exclusively been used to safeguard markets, build markets and patrol the sea lanes for commerce.

If that’s not enough, low wages and job cuts caused technological advances among other things and by the desire inflate stock prices causes welfare rolls and public entitlements to increasingly expand.

United States corporations, as all corporations, pay the lowest possible wages for the most possible work. Americans are wage slaves held hostage at the point of a figurative gun. Mortgages are a gun held to the head of every family in America. Rent is a figurative gun held to the head of every American family.

Of course, we have the “War on Drugs.” This nightmare of American fascism is spurned on by corporations in order to inflate use and consumption of military hardware granting greater profits to the corporate heads of America’s Military Industrial Congressional Complex. The fascist drug war targets the poor in order to increase profits for corporations at the expense of the average American citizen who wants nothing more than to be left alone. Lobbyist for firearms, military equipment and armored vehicle manufacturers and police equipment manufacturers profit handsomely from this wretched endeavor.

The criminalization of the poor in America keeps our prisons full. To ensure that there is a place to housed our profit motivated, politically manufactured “citizen” criminals, primarily poor and under or unemployed Americans, we have given a boost to construction and privatized prison (gulag) builders.

The rich profit from all of this by creating the need via punitive legislation targeted at the poor.

This is not to mention the courts which the wealthy purchase at the price of the soul of America.

Why should the rich pay more taxes? Why should they not? They benefit from every facet of the lives of the poor.

For who fights our wars? What is the cost of the blood of American soldiers?

For the wealthy, who profit immensely from the flood of blood, the mountains of lost limbs and the lives of American soldiers, apparently, no price is to minimal to shirk.
