The Precedent of Murder & Barack Obama

KillObama-Poster-PNG_Final

I apologize if I sound a bit of the ass.

I always find it surprising the ignorance of the US citizen.

No matter how many times I speak of this I get the deniers. They can’t believe that this has been done by Obama.

My thing is that this “education” is but a google search away.

Google Obama + Assassination + US Citizen

Andrew Napolitano has written about it on several occasions. It’s all over the internet. It’s in books.

I have to wonder if Americans read. Do Americans care.

It seems to me that Americans know only what FOX News (Conservatives) or MSNBC/CNN (Liberals) tell them.

With the internet, “education” is but a few keystrokes away.

Why would anyone need to ask someone else to “educate” them when Google exists?

Alas, I get this all of the time. Especially from Liberals when discussing Obama and his extra-Constitutional activities vis-a-vis Due Process and the taking of Life, Liberty and Property.

This is, after all, what the US Constitution is all about. Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. There is no Liberty without the right to property. There is no liberty without the right to life. Life is property. You are your property. All that you own is yours because you are you and you have the right to contract. These rights are guaranteed by the United States Constitution.

Yet, Barack Obama has made himself greater than the US Constitution by granting himself the power to take life of both non-Citizens and US Citizens without due process. He has taken upon himself the “right” to deny the basic right to life from Citizens of the United States of America.

And that is a precedent that is more dangerous than any set before by any US President save, perhaps, Lincoln and FDR.

Yet, the majority of Americans are oblivious that these precedents have been set and, worse still, is that most Americans have no idea of the dangers of these precedents.

#BlackLivesMatter…but, apparently, Brown Lives Don’t.

When the Nazis came for the communists,
I remained silent;
I was not a communist.

When they locked up the social democrats,
I remained silent;
I was not a social democrat.

When they came for the trade unionists,
I did not speak out;
I was not a trade unionist.

When they came for the Jews,
I remained silent;
I wasn’t a Jew.

When they came for me,
there was no one left to speak out.

~ Martin Niemöller

  • No honest man or woman in Germany feels responsible for these things. Good Germans took Nazism as a new religion. These people are shocked by the revelations which have shown that Nazism was not idealism, but a means to the performance of criminal acts…
    In war a German feels bound to join the ranks without question. Three of my sons were called up. I could not hold back. I wrote from the concentration camp to Admiral Raeder, C. in C. of the Navy, asking to be allowed to return to the submarine service or to do any other service in the Navy. I heard nothing for several months, and then a reply came, not from Raeder but from Keitel, head of the Wehrmacht. He thanked me, but regretted I could not be employed on active service.

    • Replying to questions on the atrocities of the concentration camps, at a press conference in Naples, Italy, and confirming that he actually had written a widely publicized letter from such a camp, early in the war, to be permitted to serve in the military (5 June 1945).

Other Issues in the Ferguson/Mike Brown/Darren Wilson Tragedy

Surete-du-Quebec-Thugs-Arrest-Thomas-Harding

I agree that race is involved in these kinds of cases. However, race is not involved in all of these cases.

The Police kill White people as well.

Black Cops kill non-Black citizens. Are those shootings affected by race? I couldn’t say.

I’m not saying that race is not AN important issue in the MB shooting.

I’m saying that it is but one issue.

Another important issue is the total lack of police accountability (aka qualified immunity). That’s an important one as well. Police can shoot the wrong guy in the wrong place at the wrong time for the wrong reasons BUT simply because the Cop felt threatened can get away with murder.

A Cop can literally walk into a Citizens house with intent to take anything he wishes and shoot the owner. The Cop can say that he smelled marijuana giving him probable cause. The Cop can shoot the Citizen who confronts him and claim that he felt threatened…that his life was in danger. The Cop can take a kitchen knife out of the Citizens kitchen drawer and lay it at the side of the Citizen.

This is a plausible scenario.

Cops have and do plant evidence.

Cops have and do enact character assassination.

Cops have and will shoot just about anyone.

Yes, race is an issue. Yes, race is an important issue. However, race is not the only issue.

If they take the rights of all Citizens away by destroying the US Constitution, race won’t matter a wit.

Everyone will be oppressed.

Darren Wilson ultimately shot a teenager for being in the middle of the street.

Brown probably attacked him. Brown may or may not have had his hands up.

How did it come to pass that Brown attacked Officer Wilson? How did Wilson put himself in position to be attacked? How did the situation escalate? Did Officer Wilson aggravate the situation? What did Officer Wilson say or do, if anything, that enraged Mike Brown enough so as to commit what amounts to a suicidal act in America (violent confrontation with Police forces)? These are important questions as well.

Solutions: The American “Justice” and Police Crises

police-brutality-proudhon-red-l

I have offered plenty of solutions as have many others as have many others.

However, the average emotion focused Conservative American can only react with faux outrage instead of actually thinking through the complicated issues of the day.

That you have not taken the time to read about solutions is not the fault of those of us who have offered them.

Here are some solutions that I and others have proffered in the past:

1. Abolish the War on Drugs by legalizing marijuana first.

2. Require actual evidence from non-criminal elements before issuing arrest warrants or search warrants for the illegal raids on the citizens of the United States of America.

3. De-Militarize the Police. Get rid of the MRAPs. Get rid of the M203 Grenade Launchers which are illegal for use against civilians in the first place. A top to bottom evaluation of weapons, equipment and tactics of all departments to ensure that the weapons and equipment on hand is actually necessary and not simply nice to have Rambo wannabe redundancies and drains on resources.
Police-Brutality-End-Police-Brutality-protest-e1382393698274
4. HALT all revenue enforcement and quota systems for “crimes.” No more speed ticket quotas for Cops. No more ticketing quotas.

5. Ensure that SWAT teams are trained properly in the use of force, elevation of force and proper tactics. Ensure that SWAT teams are trained on how to interact with the public. STOP the aggressive tactics against civilians who are merely exercising their RIGHTS.

In America, we have the Bill of Rights. This ensures that we have the right to peaceably assemble. The government and their police forces no longer recognize this right. In Ferguson, they gassed and shotgun bean bagged civilians for simply standing in protest. They gassed neighborhoods. They gassed and arrested journalists. They gassed and arrested civilians simply for being in the general vicinity of the protests. This is unAmerican. This is unlawful. This is not professional. This is Statism. It is despotism.

6. Ensure that Police are properly trained and halt the “shoot to kill” training. Police should not be trained to shoot to kill FIRST. Killing a citizen should be a last resort. It should not be a first resort. Pulling up to a mentally retarded teenager should not resort in a death within 11 seconds.

7. Police should be trained on the Bill of Rights. A man standing in a Mall waiting on his children should not be accosted by the Police for merely standing near a store and “looking suspect.” Police should be about the business of preventing criminality and arresting actual criminals. They should not be in the business of bullying citizens, tazing citizens for merely not answering their questions. Especially when a citizen has committed no crime.

8. Change the laws for “resisting arrest.” No citizen should ever be arrested for the sole crime of “resisting arrest.” This is a bullying and intimidation tactic used by Police against minorities and other citizens. If the only crime that can be charged is resisting arrest, it means that there was no crime in the first place and the police are merely being bullies by trumping up charges on citizens. This is not protecting and serving.

9. Hold Police, Prosecutors and Judges responsible for their verdicts and indictments. If an innocent citizen is jailed, there should be an investigation by an independent organization. If dereliction of duty, negligence or willful misconduct is found on the part of Police, Prosecutor or Judge, these persons should be fully investigated, indicted if necessary, tried if necessary and if found guilty sent to prison with extreme prejudice. The Police, Prosecutors and Judges are entrusted by the public to serve JUSTICE. Justice is not always served. We are finding more and more that innocent men and women are sent to prison and the prosecution and police know full well that these men and women are innocent. However, the Prosecutor’s statistics are based on findings of guilt. They are not looking to solve actual crimes. They are looking to find someone guilty. It matters not who is found guilty as long as someone is found guilty. Innocents serve decades in prison while the guilty roam free because the “Justice system” doesn’t take the time to actually do it’s job. They want a high conviction count. Who is convicted oftentimes does not matter.

This is a start.

These issues have been broached, discussed, dissected and bandied about ad nauseum. Somehow folks miss these conversations and come around only to whine about people being big meanies to the Police and not offering solutions.

The solutions are out there. However, until citizens like you demand to be treated as actual citizens and not prisoners or parolees on the Great United States Prison system, there will be no change.

I get it. Folks who have family who are Police Officers or who want to be a Police Officer see all of this through and emotional lens. Every critique aimed at the Police is seen by these folks as a direct attack on their family member. That’s the wrong way to look at it.
police-brutality-325x288
Citizens are being murdered on the streets by poorly trained police. Citizens are being murdered in their homes by poorly trained and overly aggressive SWAT teams. This doesn’t affect you. You don’t care. The only thing that you seem to care about is that your Father is a police officer and you are offended that people are saying anything other than “the police are the greatest in the world.”

The NYPD are America’s most celebrated Police Force. They have at least one major scandal every decade. In most decades, they have two or three major scandals.

Facts are incontrovertible. Ignore these things at your own peril. You are a citizen of the United States of America. The government is supposed to serve the Citizen. Because of people who look away from injustice, the rights of the US Citizen are eroding.

If interested in solutions or simply becoming aware of the issues, start with Andrew Napolitano and Radley Balko.  They have written excellent books on the subjects of the Constitution, the war on drugs, police militarization and other related matters.

Obama Repeals 13th Amendment; Legalizes Slavery

Typo not mine

Obama’s Executive Order 13603 essentially repeals the 13th Amendment; gives the Federal Government the power to enslave citizens:

Sec. 502. Consultants. The head of each agency otherwise delegated functions under this order is delegated the authority of the President under sections 710(b) and (c) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2160(b), (c), to employ persons of outstanding experience and ability without compensation and to employ experts, consultants, or organizations. The authority delegated by this section may not be redelegated.

Sec. 601. Secretary of Labor. (a) The Secretary of Labor, in coordination
with the Secretary of Defense and the heads of other agencies, as deemed
appropriate by the Secretary of Labor, shall:
(1) collect and maintain data necessary to make a continuing appraisal
of the Nation’s workforce needs for purposes of national defense;
(2) upon request by the Director of Selective Service, and in coordination
with the Secretary of Defense, assist the Director of Selective Service
in development of policies regulating the induction and deferment of
persons for duty in the armed services;
(3) upon request from the head of an agency with authority under this
order, consult with that agency with respect to: (i) the effect of contemplated
actions on labor demand and utilization; (ii) the relation of
labor demand to materials and facilities requirements; and (iii) such other
matters as will assist in making the exercise of priority and allocations
functions consistent with effective utilization and distribution of labor;
(4) upon request from the head of an agency with authority under this
order: (i) formulate plans, programs, and policies for meeting the labor
requirements of actions to be taken for national defense purposes; and
(ii) estimate training needs to help address national defense requirements
and promote necessary and appropriate training programs
