In America, one is said to be free.

As long as one pays one’s taxes and obtains the approved healthcare.

As long as one entertains oneself in the proper and approved manner.

As long as one partakes of the proper and government approved Narcotics.

As long as one travels to approved Nations.

As long as one is amenable to being groped and searched and invaded.

As long as one stands at the pre-approved moments and recites the pre-sanctioned pledges.

As long as one heeds the conventional wisdom of the Leftists of the GOP and DNC.

As long as one obeys.

One is free.

Obey. Vote for State Approved Candidates. Obey.

Cops: Just Average Guys In Uniform?

Cops aren’t just average guys. Cops have the power of life and death. They have qualified immunity. They have the authority to confiscate your property for any reason. This is called Civil Asset Forfeiture.

Stop trying to oversimplify an extremely complicated dynamic.

Marijuana has medicinal properties that people are using to improve the quality of life of hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of your fellow citizens. Yet, the Police will brutalize you to enforce the immoral laws surrounding Marijuana and the War On Drugs. Children have been taken from parents by Police because those PARENTS were using cannabis products to help their children. This is immoral.

Cops have a choice. Instead, they hide behind the phrase “I don’t make the law. I just enforce it.” Nazis used that same excuse at Nuremburg. They were told that this defense was invalid. Yet, American Law Enforcement use this phrase daily.

Police are not your friend. Police aren’t your good buddy. They aren’t there to protect and serve you. Police are there to enforce the law. They do not care if that law destroys lives at the behest of Corporate Lobbyists. The Police will enforce any law. The Police will do everything in their power to enforce a law up to and including taking your life. No, Cops aren’t just average guys in uniform. They are average guys in uniform who have extraordinary authority and power. They have the power to take life and to do so with impunity.

A Special Class of Citizen Above and Beyond the Law

<> on December 1, 2015 in Chicago, Illinois.

CHICAGO, IL – DECEMBER 01: A Chicago police badge hangs in front of the City of Chicago Public Safety Headquarters on December 1, 2015 in Chicago, Illinois. Following public outcry over the way police handled the shooting death of Laquan McDonald by Chicago police officer Jason Van Dyke, Mayor Rahm Emanuel today announced he had fired Chicago Police Superintendant Garry McCarthy. McCarthy, Emanuel and Cook County States Attorney Anita Alvarez have been accused of trying to cover up the shooting. (Photo by Scott Olson/Getty Images)

What of immoral laws and legislated criminality?

Does it matter that our Politicians use Police Forces to enforce laws that are based on laws and our Citizens are thereby falsely made criminal?

It is said that every Citizen in the United States unknowingly violates up to three laws per day. Simply because the Representatives whom we have elected have been corrupted by Corporations.

We care not for this.

A woman goes to prison for saving the life of her child. You find this moral.

We have no sympathy for the plight of this woman and other Citizens like her.

We care not that Law Enforcers have qualified immunity and have used it to get away with murder in incidents involving your fellow Citizens. We care not that Law Enforcers have used Civil Asset Forfeiture to unjustly and extra-Constitutionally pillaged and plundered your fellow Citizens.

We care not that marijuana was used deceptively to outlaw hemp in order that Corporations such as Dupont Chemicals can maximize profits whilst the State imprisons shiny-badges-dontmillions and uses them as slave labor for other Corporations such as UniCorp?

We care not that Richard Nixon used the “Justice” system to target his enemies whom he labeled hippies, spics and niggers in order to quell dissent against the evil that was the war in Vietnam?

These immoral acts that have resulted in the criminalizing of mine and your fellow Citizens give you no pause?

Truly?

Are we simply in denial of these realities?

One can research all of these issues easily on the World Wide Web.

One can read about the militarization of our Police forces that began under Bush and was furthered by Clinton, Bush Jr and Obama that has resulted in a completely negated purpose of the Posse Comitatus Act.

Many of those whom we would call criminal are simply victims of a corrupt and immoral Justice system that has been perverted by our Politicians and the behest and to the benefit of Corporations.

It has been known for decades that marijuana can heal those who are afflicted with epilepsy. It has been known for decades that marijuana can help with brain trauma. It has been known for decades that marijuana has properties that can help to and in some cases aid in the actual curing of cancer.

Yet, there is no profit in a plant that grows in nature.

We now have synthetic marijuana. For the first time in the history of human use of marijuana, we have had overdoses.

Why? Because of the immoral, deceptive drug war. That selfsame drug war that has resulted in the incarceration of millions of non-violent Citizens for victimless crimes conjured by the State at the behest of Corporations.

At what point do we stop and think.

In Ferguson, arrest warrants were issued for simple misdemeanors. These arrest warrants resulted in loss of life, destruction of property and much damage in the relationship between the Law Enforcers and the Community. These activities resulted directly in the protests and violence after the shooting of Michael Brown.

I care not that Brown attacked the Cop. I care that a Police shot a Citizen and killed him. That is tantamount to extra-judicial punishment. It was a death sentence for the simple crime of jaywalking and daring to stand up to injustice within a community.

At what point do we question the activities of our Law Enforcers and our Politicians?

Do we never question the State? If it is not right to question the State, how, then, are we a free people.

Police are enforces of law. Police are tools of the State. They are not honorable heroes who are acting selflessly. Especially not in this age wherein we have Police treated as a Special Class of Citizen who are above the law. Qualified immunity gives Police a license to kill. Police are taught in special seminars to shoot first and ask questions later. Police are told to state “I was in fear for my life” any time they are involved in a shooting.

Others may worship these Special Citizens. I do not. I see that they are The State and the State should never be worshiped but always questioned.

One must wake up…before it is too late.

An Open Letter to the American Police

no-police-state-from-terror

The Police are an arm of the State.

They are enforcers of Law.

As such, the People should always have the benefit of the doubt. This is part of the reason that we broke off from England.

What you seem to want is for the Police to be beyond reproach. You want obedience. Immediate acquiescence to Police Authority.

Is that the America which you really want?

A people who obey without thought. A people who are so cowed by authority that they think not at all and simply obey commands from perceived authority.

That sounds a lot like the Soviet Union or Saudi Arabia. That does not sound like America.

When the Police can do as they please and violate the Constitution with impunity, we are all slaves.

Already, the Fourth Amendment is all but meaningless.

Police enforce laws that are immoral and based on proven lies and propaganda.

If being anti-Police means that I question their word over that of the People of the United States, then, by all means, call me anti-Police. I will always be thus.

I am for Liberty.

Liberty is impossible without hard restraints on the State Police Forces.

Police already have Qualified Immunity. Police have Civil Asset Forfeiture. Police have Unions which make them unaccountable to the People.

This is not Liberty.

Police should always be accountable to the People. They should not be above the law.

I can’t believe that these beliefs are being espoused in America.

Ben Franklin said that it is better that 100 guilty men go free than One Innocent be imprisoned. American Police today seem to believe the opposite.

In America today, we have innocents in prison because our Justice system is stacked against the Citizen. We have hundreds of thousands of Citizens in prison for nothing more than smoking a plant.

This is not Liberty. This is tyranny.

Police should always be questioned for they are an arm of the State. Traditionally, they are one of the first organizations of the State to be used AGAINST the people.

And do not say that you would not allow this to happen because it has and is occurring as I type this.

The War On Drugs is nothing more than a War on Liberty. It was conceived as such and it will always be so. When Nixon put the American Drug Policy and created the forerunner to the DEA, he did so to target his enemies on the Left whom he characterized as “hippies, niggers and spics.”

That is the origin of drug prohibition. The marijuana policy of the Federal Government was created on a foundation of lies. Lies that have been exposed to the light of day and still the Police want to prosecute this lunatic war on a plant that grows wild in nature.

This is one of the few areas on which I can agree with Obama. The American Police are out of control. Most enforcement of law is centered on revenue raising. Police aren’t out there protecting and serving the people. They are raising revenue for the State. They are raising revenue to pay their salaries and to fund all of the cool toys of war that they now use against the People of the United States of America.

Murders go unsolved so that Police can waste millions of dollars burning marijuana plants and arrest 16 year olds for possession of a few ounces of weed.

Police in America should be ashamed of themselves.

Benjamin Franklin (1706–90)
QUOTATION: That it is better 100 guilty Persons should escape than that one innocent Person should suffer, is a Maxim that has been long and generally approved.
ATTRIBUTION: BENJAMIN FRANKLIN, letter to Benjamin Vaughan, March 14, 1785.—The Writings of Benjamin Franklin, ed. Albert H. Smyth, vol. 9, p. 293 (1906).

He was echoing Voltaire, “that generous Maxim, that ’tis much more Prudence to acquit two Persons, tho’ actually guilty, than to pass Sentence of Condemnation on one that is virtuous and innocent.—Zadig, chapter 6, p. 53 (1749, reprinted 1974).

Sir William Blackstone, in his Commentaries on the Laws of England, 9th ed., book 4, chapter 27, p. 358 (1783, reprinted 1978), says, “For the law holds, that it is better that ten guilty persons escape, than that one innocent suffer.”

Disband the American Police

good-cop-bad-cop

From Los Angeles to Chicago to New York down to Miami and over to Houston across the Boston and over to Seattle.

Disband all American Police institutions including the FBI, CIA, DEA, ATF and every Police Force in every City and municipality throughout America. Fire them all.

Ban all current Police from ever serving in a Law Enforcement capacity for Life.

They are all corrupted. If they are not corrupted themselves, they are cooperating with their corrupt fellow Law Enforcement Officers. There is not one Police Department in America that is scandal free. There is a Police Department right now that is about to break in the evening news over a scandal. There are Police Departments right now deep in corruption and scandal. Most of them will get away clean.

If one is a “Good Cop,” one is forced to cross the corrupt #ThinBlueLine. One pays a heavy price for such noble action. From the point of crossing to one’s death, the “Good Cop” is in the cross hairs of every Law Enforcement Officer in America. If one decides to tell truths about the Police, be prepared. Do so from a protected vantage point. Cover and concealment is necessary. Do not take the decision lightly. One’s life is in danger from that moment forth. The Police Departments and their minions will do everything in their power to destroy you and your family. (Ask Frank Serpico)

It will be impossible to reform corrupt Blue Thugs from the inside. An outside force is required. Corrupt Cops will murder anyone who dares defy them; any who foolishly crosses that thin blue line with no plan and no body armor. The American Police are the most violent, corrupt and immoral gang in the history of American Governance.

If we are to have a Free Nation, the Police Forces of the United States must be reformed. I would advise disbandment. Start from the ground up. Take away their guns. Take away their precious #WarOnDrugs. Take away their sacred qualified immunity. The majority of the American Police should be in prison. They are thugs. They are corrupt. They are murderers. They are thieves. They are bullies. They are every bad character in every bad novel ever published.
Fire them all. This is the only path to Justice in America.

Cops are only Human

7a5fdb7d89fff7973ac550e2bb8c6ce3

It is dangerous to view Police or, as they like to call themselves, Law Enforcement as “humans.” Certainly, they are humans. However, they are much more than that. They are of the State. They are the means through which the State projects power and authority.

They are not merely humans who are good or bad. They have authority and power vested in them by the State which can be used for good or bad.
Their incompetence can adversely affect us. Their negligence can adversely affect us. Their willful malfeasance can adversely affect us. Any action that they take that is not wholly competent, lawful, moral and with good intent can adversely affect us. Any action that they take which they believe is lawful, moral and with good intent can adversely affect us.

These are not mere humans. They are not mere Citizens. They are instruments of the State. Thinking of them as merely fellow humans or even fellow Citizens is a mistake.

Every action a Law Enforcement Officer takes whether it be good or bad has consequences. Many of the actions that LEO take in the performance of their duties will adversely affect Citizens of the various States and of the United States of America. This must always be uppermost in their minds and it should be the same for Citizens who wish to remain free.

Cops are not mere humans. They are Officers of the State vested with authority and the power over Life and Death. They cannot be imbeciles. They cannot be incompetent. They cannot rely on mere muscle memory. They must be disciplined, knowledgeable of the law, morally reliable, competent and they must be held to a higher standard than every other Citizen of the United States of America.

The War On Drugs and Immoral Law Enforcement

organised-crime.jpg

I understand that most Americans can’t think for themselves. They need a GOP or DNC representative to explain how they should feel about a given subject, issue, person or event.

Let’s stop for a moment to think about the Police. Those “noble” enforcers of American laws and regulations petty, small and large.

The American Law Enforcement Officer does not question the law. He simply enforces it. For example, if the law states that feeding the homeless is illegal, Law Enforcement Officers will not care if it is the compassionate, moral or right thing to do. They won’t care that this law goes against their supposed “Christian values.” They will simply enforce that law. They will arrest Citizens for feeding the homeless. They will fine Citizens for feeding the homeless. If the Citizen does not immediately obey the “authority” of the Law Enforcement Officer, the LEO will become agitated and, oft times, violent.

Most of the American Police Forces do not know and are not trained in any other method of Law Enforcement other than escalation of force. They are trained to demean, threaten, oppress and intimidate. This, to their masters, is the right and proper method of “law enforcement.”

Let’s take another example. Many, if not most, of our Law Enforcement Officers and Officials are One Hundred Percent behind continuation of the War On Drugs and, especially, the prohibition of marijuana. The DEA Chief has gone on record stating that Medical Marijuana is a joke. This is despite much evidence to the contrary. Even the National Institute of Health has stated recently that marijuana can help ease symptoms of cancer. They’ve also stated that marijuana can help halt the spread of cancerous cells and in some cancers has been shown to kill cancerous cells.

Medical Marijuana can and has helped many sick person heal and become whole.

Marijuana prohibition is immoral. It is a corruption of our Nation’s system of laws. Yet, American Law Enforcement Officers continue to enforce these immoral and corrupt laws.

All Police enforce these laws.

In Colorado, jurors who are not so propagandized by the State enough so that they act in concert with the State without a thought towards morality and right action have taken to nullifying arrests made by Police and prosecuted by District Attorneys. This has angered many Police and Government Officials. I look for more immoral and corrupt legislation to be passed with the aim of overruling these wise and moral citizens.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Law Enforcement is not out there to protect you. They will and do enforce laws for one reason only. That reason is to collect revenue. You pay them to enforce laws that you neither want nor need. You are forced to pay for these immoral services that are a detriment to your existence as a Free Citizen in the United States of America.

We are, they say, a nation of laws. Yet, we have too many laws. Once laws govern every facet of life, they are a tyranny. We are now a tyranny of the law. We are tyrannized by the law.

When Police thoughtless, uncompassionately and violently enforce immoral laws, they are no longer a moral force in our nation. They have become a detriment to to a peaceful society. Cops love to speak to the evils that they fight in the line of duty. Yet, in my opinion, they have become a greater evil and serve a yet greater evil.

How can an enforcer of immoral laws be anything but an immoral human being?

It is not possible to morally enforce corruption and immorality.

America’s “New” Tyranny

10561804_783459501770027_5905675047729447736_n

Honestly, I see no difference between the American Police and Thai, Cambodian, Afghan or Egyptian Police.

They are all Corrupt.

In America, they’re simply in denial.

American Police spend most of their time doing anything and everything except Law Enforcement.

American Police generate revenue 90% of the time.

Speeding Tickets, Parking Tickets, Civil Asset Forfeiture and anything else to make a buck or, as I like to call it, pilfer the Citizen.

American Prosecutors use lies, corruption, intimidation, bullying and harassment to persecute citizens and gain a plea deal. Many, if not most, citizens who plea do so, not because they are guilty of anything but because they cannot afford competent legal representation and/or are ignorant of the system.

Judges and Prosecutors will believe obvious Police lies over obvious Citizens truths in order to find guilt and sentence Citizens to prison or fine them.

Setting up speed traps is not law enforcement. It is a rigged system of revenue generation.

A Police Officer will endanger everyone else on the road to catch a speeding driver. How is that Public Safety.

The last time that I was in America, a Police Officer ran a red light to get to an accident that had zero fatalities and was no danger to any citizen. He was rushing over there to produce a traffic report. In doing so, he caused a five car collision that included me. I was able to stop in time. I barely bumped the car who had slammed on their brakes in front of me. However, a large oil truck slammed into the back of me spun off of my truck and hit two other cars causing me to ram the car in front of me and damage and injury to two citizens in two other vehicles.

It is my considered opinion that American Police are a menace to society.

I know many Police in America. I’ve heard the worst stories from them. I’ve heard grotesque racism. I’ve heard obvious violations of the law from them. I’ve witnessed them violate the law.

American Police are granted magical “qualified immunity.” This causes a situation wherein Police are above the law. That coupled with every Prosecutor and Judge in America being either afraid of prosecuting or outright sympathetic to Police regardless of their guilt or innocence in any given situation has created a huge imbalance of justice in America.

In reality, it is rare for a citizen to obtain justice when the Police, Prosecutor and Judiciary of America all act in concert to thwart the basic rights as represented by the guarantees in the US Constitution.

American Police feel that they are entitled to respect. They demand respect of their authority despite the fact that they are supposed to be public servants.

In America, Justice is nearly impossible.

At least, the “uncivilized” nations offer a path to justice in the form of small bribes for small crimes. In America, a small crime can land you in prison for 10 to 20 years simply because the Cop needs to fill his quota and the Prosecutor needs a win for his rating.

That is not justice.

That is tyranny.

Police Harassment

Recently, the Chula Vista, California Police Department ran an e-mail forum (a question and answer exchange) with the topic being, “Community Policing.” One of the civilian email participants posed the following question, “I would like to know how it is possible for police officers to continually harass people and get away with it?”

From the “other side” (the law enforcement side) Sgt. Bennett, obviously a cop with a sense of humor replied:

“First of all, let me tell you this…it’s not easy. In Chula Vista, we average one cop for every 600 people. Only about 60% of those cops are on general duty (or what you might refer to as “patrol”) where we do most of our harassing.  The rest are in non-harassing departments that do not allow them contact with the day to day innocents. And at any given moment, only one-fifth of the 60% patrollers are on duty and available for harassing people while the rest are off duty. So roughly, one cop is responsible for harassing about 5,000 residents. When you toss in the commercial business, and tourist locations that attract people from other areas, sometimes you have a situation where a single cop is responsible for harassing 10,000 or more people a day.

Now, your average ten-hour shift runs 36,000 seconds long. This gives a cop one second to harass a person, and then only three-fourths of a second to eat a donut AND then find a new person to harass. This is not an easy task.  To be honest, most cops are not up to this challenge day in and day out. It is just too tiring. What we do is utilize some tools to help us narrow down those people which we can realistically harass.

The tools available to us are as follows:

PHONE: People will call us up and point out things that cause us to focus on a person for special harassment. “My neighbor is beating his wife” is a code phrase used often. This means we’ll come out and give somebody some special harassment. Another popular one is, “There’s a guy breaking into a house.” The harassment team is then put into action.

CARS: We have special cops assigned to harass people who drive. They like to harass the drivers of fast cars, cars with no insurance or no driver’s licenses and the like. It’s lots of fun when you pick them out of traffic for nothing more obvious than running a red light. Sometimes you get to really heap the harassment on when you find they have drugs in the car, they are drunk, or have an outstanding warrant on file.

RUNNERS: Some people take off running just at the sight of a police officer. Nothing is quite as satisfying as running after them like a beagle on the scent of a bunny. When you catch them you can harass them for hours.

STATUTES: When we don’t have PHONES or CARS and have nothing better to do, there are actually books that give us ideas for reasons to harass folks. They are called “Statutes”; Criminal Codes, Motor Vehicle Codes, etc…They all spell out all sorts of things for which you can really mess with people. After you read the statute, you can just drive around for awhile until you find someone violating one of these listed offenses and harass them. Just last week I saw a guy trying to steal a car. Well, there’s this book we have that says that’s not allowed. That meant I got permission to harass this guy.  It is a really cool system that we have set up, and it works pretty well.

We seem to have a never-ending supply of folks to harass. And we get away with it. Why? Because for the good citizens who pay the tab, we try to keep the streets safe for them, and they pay us to “harass” some people.  Next time you are in my town, give me the old “single finger wave.” That’s another one of those codes. It means, “You can’t harass me.” It’s one of our favorites.”

The “civilian email participant” and any who thins like him or her should be excluded from Police assistance for life.  People who think like this person are usually fairly pathetic individuals.

As a matter of fact, they should be exiled to Afghanistan where Police Harassment is a real and persistent problem.
