The Whole “Died for Your Sins” Thing

jonestown

The Christ Story is insanity defined.

God creates humanity AND sin.

God tells humans that they have free will.

God tells humans that if they exercise free will, he will kill them.

God kills them.

God allows one family to live. Gives ’em plans for an Ark. Says save some animals.

Later, God chooses a family from amongst the descendants of that family. He tells them that he will make them a great nation if they follow only him.

These Chosen as represented by Abraham make a pact with God whereby the males of the people will give up a piece of skin from their penis and follow a set of rules laid down then and later, a few more, given to Moses as they march out of enslavement to the Pharaoh.

[Isaac gets his plank shaved. Ishmael laughs. YHWH and Rebekah demand that Abe expel Ishmael for his impertinence. Islam is born.]

God gives them a land.

CAVEAT: These Chosen must actually go into that land and conquer it.

And, oh by the way, they must kill every man, woman and child…and the animals…or God will not be pleased. Because God is a merciful God.

OOPS! The Chosen let some live.

Later….the Israelites start to get down with Ba’al. God gets jealous.

He calls homosexuality an abomination. He calls fornication a sin. He makes all kinds of groovy new rules to keep his people from leaving him and getting down with the boogie in the Temple of Ba’al which is much more fun because you get to fuck while you worship.

Later on…God gets a case of the ass again and tells the Babylonians, Assyrians and an assortment of other Kingdoms to kick his Chosen people’s collective asses and enslave them, move them about, destroy their temples, etc…

Until finally, Rome comes onto the scene.

Big Bad Rome is used by God to continue the punishment of the Chosen.

Until finally, Jesus is conceived and born to a Virgin with whom God got down and impregnated.

Jesus is sent to cleanse not just the Chosen but the World of sin.

Now, before this God didn’t give a flying fuck about the world. He only cared about the Jews/Hebrews/Israelites.

Suddenly, though, God has looked around and realizes…FUCK, THERE’S A WHOLE BUNCH OF MOTHERFUCKERS OUT THERE!

I’d better come up with a plan for those fuckers as well.

So, he does.

Jesus gets to come on down. Be born. Live about 30 years on his own out of sight and out of mind until suddenly he comes pounding onto the scene on his White Ass.

Jesus defies the Roman-Hebrew rulers. Basically tells them that they’re doing it all wrong.

Tells a bunch of people to love one another and to live by his golden rule and to, you know, treat people how you’d like to be treated coz that old God of Jealousy, Rage, Genocide and Bigotry who had a Chosen has finally awakened to the knowledge that there are a whole lot of motherfuckers out there in the countryside wandering about not knowing what the hell, what the fuck or why the hell and why the fuck.

Jesus makes some wine. He feeds a bunch of folks bread and fish. He gets all ornery in the Temple. He does or does not get his funky groove on with another Mary who is of Magdala and who may have been a rich widower as well as his wife or might have been a prostitute. Depends on who tells the story.

So, YHWH…the Alpha and the Omega…the Omniscient God sent himself down as his own son or maybe sent down his Son to represent him…who the fuck knows…

And this Son-God is tasked with dying for the Sins of all of Humanity. Not just the Jews or Hebrews or Israelites or Judeaens or what the fuck ever they want to be called. But no one knows this until Saul/Paul comes onto the scene a decade or so after the crucifixion, resurrection and ascension.

He came to Earth to be worshipped, to teach, to be rejected, to be betrayed, to be tried in a Kangaroo Court of Romish-Jewish nature, to be tortured, to be walked around with a cross/pole on his back and to be hung on said  cross/pole until his ass was dead.

All so that he could arise. So that he could be resurrected. So that he can be alive. So that he could be seen by a select CHOSEN few who would then be tasked to carry the Good News Gospel that he, Ieshua/Jesus/The Messiah is Risen and Alive to all of the world.

And then.

Jesus/Ieshua disappears.

Until many years later…when he becomes a fucking Muslim and raps with Mohammed on a Midnight Ride.

But sometime  before that, God changes his mind again. He’s no longer the Peace God. He’s no longer all about Love and Forgiveness. He tells a Roman named Constantine to Go Forth and Conquer in his name. And so Constantine does. And so, the Holy Roman Church is born and goes on to conquer, colonize, rape, pillage and generally commit mayhem across Europe, the Middle East and then the Globe.

And now the sons of the followers of Jesus, Constantine, Abraham, Israel, Isaac, Ishmael and Mohammad have arrived at the present. Each declaring themselves the truth. Each willing to kill in the name of their Religion of Peace to prove that theirs is the One True Faith.

God is one sick bastard.

The True Face of Christianity

Nothing has changed since the Roman Emperor co-opted Christianity into the Empire.

The poor are used. The Rich are are further enriched.

The people are too stupid to realize the truth.

If you give money to these criminals you are a fool. If Christ were a part of Christianity, these folks would not exist.

Christians are definitely sheep. Ignorant, bleating and led to the slaughter.

If there is a hell, Christians deserve it. They have made the Earth closer to hell than heaven.

Jesus Christ, Buddha and George Takei

I agree with Takai.

Furthermore, it is time for Christians to take stock of their belief and the words of the “Lord and Savior.”

Did he not command you to love the least of him as you would love him?

I see no caveat to this in the Bible. I saw a clear statement.

Did he not say judge not lest you, yourself, be judged?

If you are Christian and you treat others with disrespect, you are no Christian.

**********************************************************************

“I myself am a Buddhist, not a Christian. But I cannot help but think that if Christ ran a public establishment, it would be open to all,” Takei noted. “He would be the last to refuse service to anyone. It is, simply put, the most un-Christian of notions.”

Hurt not others in ways that you yourself would find hurtful.

Udanavarga 5:18

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

~ Jesus Christ

“That which is hateful to you, do not do to your fellow. That is the whole Torah; the rest is the explanation; go and learn.”

~ Talmud, Shabbat 31a
“What you do not wish for yourself, do not do to others.”
~ Confucius

If the entire “Dharma” (spiritual and moral laws) can be said in a few words, then it is — that which is unfavorable to us, do not do that to others. (Padmapuraana, shrushti 19/357–358)

“That nature alone is good which refrains from doing unto another whatsoever is not good for itself” (Dadistan-i-dinik 94:5).

And for the hell of it…coz I think it’s cool:

Was Jesus “the Way” and the only Way (path) to Heaven (the father)?

10378076_692319977471379_1951426490477451668_n

He told a truth. Not the only truth.

However, the Christian Church misunderstood and bastardized that truth. Jesus was talking about his message of Faith, Hope and Love. That is the path. Criminals and despots took that message and warped it. Thus, it became Jesus himself who was the way and the door to eternity.

Live a life of love and the GoDs will adore you. Heaven will be yours. The religion does not matter.

The Least of Me and the “Christian Nation”

The Good SamaritanI am the first to admit that I am extremely negative and distrustful of Christianity.  My opinion is that modern Christianity is so unlike Christ as to be THE Anti-Christ.  This is especially so of Modern American Evangelical Christianity (MAEC).  MAEC has become so politicized as to have lost it’s moral compass.  Certainly, there are good Christians out there who observe the message of Christ and who live a Christ-like life.  However, too many of them subscribe to the “all fall short” mentality and allow that to excuse hateful behavior towards their fellow man.

Christian capitalist are the perfect example of this.  Modern American Capitalism is rarely based on giving the best product for the best price.  It certainly is not set upon the value of excellence or good behavior towards one’s fellow man.  Corporate CEOs are nothing but bottom line vultures.  They wish to pay the lowest wage possible for the most work squeezed out of wage slaves.  They wish for nothing more than a labor force so dependent upon wages that little choice is left but to work for corporations that destroy the planet in the name of higher stock prices at the expense of all else.

Christians political support of the Drug War is indecent and not supported by any passage or message in either the Old or New Testament.  Much in the history of religion actually points to support of drug use.  At least for the Judges and early leaders of Judaism and the Church.  Drug imagery and “secret” messages encoded in the Bible point to the use of mushrooms and hashish by the likes of Moses and Aaron (smoking tents and whatnot).  The Bible does not encourage forcing people to be good Christians or followers of secular law.  If anything, the Life of Christ is an example of civil disobedience to civil law.  Jesus was crucified for that very act.

I was told today that “breaking the law constitutes criminality.”  If that is the case, biblical leaders are a long line of criminals.  Abraham, Moses, Daniel and Jesus were infamous for their refusal to obey unjust laws.

Not only that but America is built upon a tradition of civil disobedience.  If breaking the law makes one a criminal, every “Christian” founder of our nation were criminals.  I begin to see that criminality against the State is not only NOT bad but essentially wholly good for the soul and intellect.  It is a calling for true Americans and true Christians alike.

Jesus admonished the people of the Earth to “love thy neighbor” and to “love the least of me as you would me.”  I view the world through that lens.  I try to live those words.  Of course, there are people whom I cannot stand and would love to punch in the face.  That said, along the path of my life, I try to help those less fortunate, less intelligent, less motivated, less informed and less loved than I.  For I am fortunate.  I believe myself intelligent.  I am nearly always  motivated.  (I just ran a six minute mile.  ; ) )  I am fairly well informed as I read constantly and study often.  I also attempt to reflect upon that which I learn in my reading and study.  And above all, I am fortunate enough to be loved by many.

With that in mind, I tend to view issues such as the “sanctity of marriage,” immigration, war, the drug war, terrorism and “nation building” through the lens of these “Golden rule” wisdoms.  The Golden Rule is omni-present in cultures throughout the ages and across breadth and length of this globe.  All great civilizations have some form of the Golden Rule.  Treat others as you would wish for them to treat you.  What could be simpler.  Yet it seems so difficult for humanity.

We have millions of immigrants showing up at or borders right now.  Many conservative Christians would throw them out with little thought to consequences and with a blind eye towards the message of Christ.  Would Christ suffer the little children of immigrants to be thrust back into poverty and desolation?  Would Christ abandon these people?  Are our actions and attitudes towards our Southern neighbors one of loving our neighbor?  I think not.  We would abandon these people.  We would not follow the example of the parable of the man from Samaria.

“A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. 31 A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. 32 So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. 33 But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. 34 He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him. 35 The next day he took out two denarii[c] and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’

36 “Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?”

37 The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.”

Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.”

Go and do likewise.  America should be a good neighbor.  We have not been a good neighbor.  Our policies have led directly to the situation which has placed these peoples on our borders.  Our banks rape and pillage to the South and we blame the victims for their plight.

The sanctity of marriage is a farce.  Millions of Christians who purport to believe in the “sanctity of marriage” have been divorced.  Some of them have been divorced several times.  Yet, they believe marriage to be so sacred that homosexuals, lesbians and others should be denied the right to have their marriages recognized by the State.  My first response to this is that State recognition of a marriage has nothing to do with God or sanctity.  The State sanctifies home invasion and murder in the name of the Wars on Terror and Drugs.  The State is run by politicians who have proven time and again to be ungodly.  Iniquity runs rampant in the green and black blood that oozes through it’s deadly veins.  Yet, somehow Christians believe that State recognition will somehow affect the “sanctity” of their second and third marriages.

I see hypocrisy here.

Hypocrisy is nowhere in the message of Christ.  Christ admonished us to love.  Not to segregate based on our own base prejudices.

This is where I differentiate myself from the MAEC.

I try to live my life with the admonishment to love my neighbor and to not see others as lessor than me.  This is one reason that I love my girlfriend, Unny.  She reminds me to be nice and to see the world around me through loving eyes and a purer soul.  She lives to help others and her art is a reminder to me that helping others see beauty and wonder in everything around is as close to the divine as I will every travel.

This is one reason that I love working in Afghanistan.  Aside from the pay, I get to help people.  I teach, mentor and advise.  I watch young people making their way through life and making hard choices.  At times, I see nothing but cruelty and ignorance around me.  However, there are moments when I see the light in a young persons eyes.  There are times when I can help and when that help makes a difference.  These moments are priceless to me.

If Jesus wished for us to love our neighbors as we loved him, should we not take a step back as a nation and re-evaluate our policies in the drug war, in our dealings with other nations, in our support of despots and in our treatment of our South American neighbors.  Should we not be good Samaritans.

If we don’t, can we truly call ourselves a Christian nation.

As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men. (Galatians 6:10)

A Challenge to the Religious

“You’re familiar with the old written law, ‘Love your friend,’ and its unwritten companion, ‘Hate your enemy.’ I’m challenging that. I’m telling you to love your enemies. Let them bring out the best in you, not the worst. When someone gives you a hard time, respond with the energies of prayer, for then you are working out of your true selves, your God-created selves. This is what God does. He gives his best . . . to everyone.”
– Jesus (Matthew 5:43-45 The Message)

Islam was spread solely through conquest.  In every land that is now Muslim there are religious minorities.  These people are treated as second class citizens.  In no Muslim country are religious minorities treated with the respect and reverence  that Muslims demand for themselves everywhere in which they are minorities.

Islam has a version of the Golden Rule.  The problem with this Qu’ranic exhortation to “do unto others as…” is that it applies ONLY to fellow Muslims.  It is not all inclusive.  It is exclusionism at it’s worst.  The Qu’ran exhorts it’s followers to kill the unbeliever and to NOT treat with the unbeliever.  There is no universal Golden Rule in Islam unless you are a fellow Muslim or until the whole of the World “reverts” to Islam.  Those are Muhammadan commandments.  This is clearly spelled out in the Qu’ran and expounded upon tirelessly in the Hadith.

Christianity is on the verge of returning to it’s old ways.  It is becoming a religion of exclusion.  Counterfeit outrage and unfounded claims of persecution abound within the Christian realm of America.  Christians see more ghosts lurking in the shadows than McCarthy at the height of the Great Pink Scare of the Cold War.

Go back and read the words of your Savior.  Stop spreading hate and discontent towards others who are not like you.

Instead of forcing others to become Christian in order to receive your charity and kindness, be truly charitable and kind without expectation, without demanding reciprocation and without the quid pro quo.

In the northern Hill Tribe area of Thailand, Christians are doing excellent work.  However, that assistance is only available to those who are willing to become pretend Christians or who are willing to be indoctrinated and attend Church services on a regular basis.  The Hill Tribe people are required to convert or at least “shamvert” in order to receive services, education, food stuffs, etc.  This is not charity.  It’s trickery.  It’s deception.  It’s dissembling.  It is an outrage.

Yeshua said to be fishers of men.  He did not command his followers to go forth and enslave men.  He did not force others to receive his word in order to receive his love and kindness.  If this is to be the work of Christianity, they may as well be Muslims.

Christians and Muslims loudly proclaim that theirs is a religion of peace.  They say that they are a boon to mankind.  Prove it.  I do not see it.  In Islam, I see continual strife and violence against the unbeliever.  In Christianity, I see exclusion.  Too much hell fire and brimstone and not enough Faith, Hope and Love.

Come to the light.  It’s warm and lovely therein.

Christian Morality

What is right and what is wrong?

The Christian God believes that murder is moral. The Christian God killed or allowed to be killed the whole family of Job based upon a wager with the “adversary.” The Christian God is not a moral God.

The Christian God demanded a blood sacrifice in the form of his “only begotten son” in order to forgive sin that was already in his power to forgive.

If it was not already in his power to forgive those sins then there is a higher power than your God by whose rules YHWH is playing. Otherwise, he could have saved his son the trouble of being tortured, whipped, humiliated and hung on a cross and simply forgiven the world.

There is absolutely nothing moral about Christianity. It is based upon human sacrifice. How moral is that?

“Abraham, you must sacrifice your son.”

Later that night: “Oh, shit! My bad dawg…I was hittin’ the Ganja!.  You really don’t need to do that, Abraham. I was just testing you in the cruelest manner possible by seeing if you were willing to murder your own son to prove your loyalty to me. Dude, Abraham, you really are loyal.  Just like a dog.  There’s a good boy.”

3 or 4 thousand years later.

“Ah shit, Yeshua…. Dude… You have to go to Earth. After you’ve been there and preached this new ambiguous message of faith, hope and love, I’m going to need you to subject yourself to temptation from that Satan dude. Then I’ll need you to allow one of your best friends to betray you and you have to forgive him. Then I’ll need you to let the Romans take you away. They’re going to torture you…humiliate you…probably piss and shit on you…then they’re going to kill you in the most excruciating manner ever devised by crucifying you.”

“Fuck Dude, why didn’t you just let Cousin Abe sacrifice Isaac.” said Jesus/Yeshua

“Yeshua, dude, I am the lord thy God. You must obey me. Now shut the fuck up and get down there. I’ve told Joseph that I could impregnate his wife without her losing her virginity. Humans! They’ll believe anything.”

“Ok Pops, but only because you so love the world.”

“Why yes….I do.”

This Christian God can’t even make up his mind. Killing good. killing bad. Genocide good. Genocide bad. Slavery good. Slavery bad. Rape and pillage good. Rape and pillage bad. Human sacrifice good. Human sacrifice bad. Human sacrifice good.

Where is this great and absolute Christian morality?

Studying the Bible and the acts of Christians themselves…I don’t see it.

So please tell me again how Judeo-Christian morality is good for the world.

I guess that it’s flexible and situational….that’s a good thing mostly.

God changes his mind more than a flip floppin’ Political Candidate.

Christian Family Values?

Because it isn't your birthday. It's an ancient pagan festival day.

Because it isn’t your birthday. It’s an ancient pagan festival day.

Matthew 12:46-49 Someone told Jesus: Your mother and brothers are outside asking to speak to You. Jesus replied: Who is My mother? Who are My brothers?

Luke 14:26 Jesus said: If anyone comes to Me without hating his father, mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters and even his own life, he can not be My disciple.

I can understand this from a Buddhist perspective.  Mothers, Sisters, Wives, Brothers, Fathers, Husbands, Children are all attachments.  They are all seductions.  All hold one to this life and to this earth.  All will distract from the path.  After all, Gautama [Shakyamuni] Buddha did, in fact, desert his wife and baby in his search for a path to nibbana.

From a Christian perspective in terms of today’s “Family Values” Christianity, this is difficult to reconcile.  It’s difficult to reconcile with the concept of love especially Christian love and the Modernist Nuclear Family.

How then do Christians understand these words?  How is this reconciled in Christian circles?

This sounds Muslim to me as if Muhommad was speaking through Ieshua.

Frankly, it makes no sense to me and I do not see how anyone could reconcile this to Modern Christianity.

What Ieshua is really saying here, or so it seems to me, is that in order to be a Christian, one must put him [Christ] above all others.  Hate is used extraordinarily here.  It must be a translation problem (from Aramaic to Greek to Latin to English…you can see where there might have been some difficulties with translation along the centuries).

Jesus is harkening back to the Jealous God routine.  I find that preposterous as well.  Why can I not love all equally and be a good Christian?  Why does Jesus demand that I love him more?  How is this love of others or others vs him quantifiable?

In a sense, Ieshua is demanding that we desert our families if we are to join his following.  If we are to become a disciple of Jesus, there are no half commitments?  He’s gone a bit George W. Bush on us.  We’re with him or against him?

I find this unappealing in a creature who is supposed to be a loving God, a perfect being.  Jealousy is unbecoming in a leader.  It is most unbecoming in a supposedly perfect God figure.

Why can we not simply be good people and follow the teachings of Christ in being good human beings?  Why must we be so intent upon his person or spirit?

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.” (1 Corinthians 13:4-5)

Unless, of course, you are God or Jesus and then it’s OK to envy, to boast, to be proud and to be rude, self-seeking, easily angered, and to keep records of wrongs.

Christianity and the Message of Christ

Justinian (The Messiah) and Theodora (The Virgin) ~ The Creators of Roman Christianity

I believe that Jesus would gaze disapprovingly upon most of the Christians of this age.

I have my beliefs and am satisfied with them. For me, organized religion, worship of “holy” books such as the Bible or the Qu’ran, the post-Constantin Roman Christian concentration on the physical person of Christ rather than the message of Christ, the belief that Faith alone will get you to heaven and the stubborn clinging to a belief in a “Loving God” who condemns souls to hell will keep me away from what now passes for Christianity.

I believe in Christ as prophet of the Gods. For me, it is enough that he was a messenger who brought a message of Faith, Hope and Love to mankind. I do not need to sit in a church pew and moan ad nauseum how much I “LOOOOOVE JeeZus!” like some heifer in spiritual heat.  It is not what one believes but how one incorporates ones beliefs into ones life that is important.

I know far too many Christians who talk a great game and then fall back on the Original Sin hoax stating that we are all sinners as an excuse for turning a blind eye to and doing nothing about the evils in this world.

Too many believe that as long as they believe in Jesus and accept him into their hearts as their savior that they are going to heaven. I believe that it is impossible to accept Jesus without accepting his message. The Ministry of Jesus was about work. The work of loving the world. The work of loving your neighbor. The work of accepting and not judging.

Each Christian vote for acts such as the Sanctity of Marriage Amendment is a repudiation of the message of Christ. Each Christian vote against the poor is a repudiation of the message of Christ. Each Christian vote against immigrants from South America is a repudiation of the life of Christ.

Christ was about helping the poor and welcoming everyone into the family of man. His life was not about keeping those poverty stricken Mexicans out of America. Christ was not about marginalizing homosexuals or the poor. Christ was not about sanctifying marriage for this group or that group.

30 years ago marriage was too sacred to allow a Black Man to marry a White Woman. Miscegenation was a great evil. Now, if you’re a good Christian, you must stop the homosexuals from ruining marriage. What’s next? Maybe they’ll actually tackle the real problem facing marriage. Adultery. I doubt that though. They’d have to fire 80% of the Preacher Men if they did that.

I missed that in the teachings of Christ. I missed where Jesus stated that only White Men can marry White Women and that no other marriage was valid.

These are some of the many reasons that I will never again be a part of Christianity.

The greatest reason is that I revere Christ and see that organization which claims to represent him as a repudiation of all that is good about the man and his message.

Having long ago verged from the path of Ieshua the Nazarene, Modern Christianity is a hot mess.

Jesus in the Aya (Hagia) Sofia

Inside the Hagia Sofia -- Christianity's Original Center

This is one of the Mosaics from the upper floor of the Hagia Sofia.  There are 6 or 7 of these depicting either Jesus or Mary in combination and with others.   This Cathedral and possibly these mosaics are over 1700 years old.  It’s amazing to see something like this survive from the late Roman Empire in such fine shape.

Piss on Jesus? Why Not Piss on Mohammad, too?

After all, it’s just a joke.  Right?

Political Cartoon by Eric Allie

Comedian Larry David is under attack from critics who say he pushed the mocking of religion and Christian belief in miracles over the edge in the latest episode of his HBO series “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” which the cable network defended as “playful.”

On the show’s most recent installment, which aired Sunday, David urinates on a painting of Jesus Christ, causing a woman to believe the painting depicts Jesus crying.

Deal Hudson, author and publisher of InsideCatholic.com, said he doesn’t find any humor in the episode.

“I don’t think it’s funny,” Hudson told Foxnews.com. “Why is it that people are allowed to publicly show that level of disrespect for Christian symbols? If the same thing was done to a symbol of any other religions — Jewish or Muslim — there’d be a huge outcry. It’s simply not a level playing field.”

Hudson said an apology from the show’s producers and writing team should be issued.

“Somebody should [apologize],” Hudson said. “When is it going to stop? When is common sense going to dictate that people realize this willingness of artists to do to Christianity what they would never do to Judaism or Islam?”

In a statement to Foxnews.com, HBO downplayed the controversy.

“Anyone who follows Curb Your Enthusiasm knows that the show is full of parody and satire,” the statement read. “Larry David makes fun of everyone, most especially himself.  The humor is always playful and certainly never malicious.”

Liberals are a funny lot.  Liberals are a cowardly lot.

Sacrilege is fine when it brings with it no dangers.  They’ll piss on the image of Christ.  They’ll display a Bible in a jar of urine.  The average liberal will blaspheme Christians and Christianity to hell and back.  They know that there is no danger in these acts.  Most Christians will have become morally outraged.  They’ll be angry, offended, disgusted by these Liberal behaviors.

But they won’t riot or murder over it.

Of course, you have random murders of Abortion Doctors committed by a random Christian every decade or so.  And the Liberal will be quick to point this out as if in comparison to the Islamic Extremists who commit atrocious acts of murder such as Al Jazeera beheadings.

Take that same urine or even the rumor of urine being placed on or near a Qu’ran and Liberals will run amok with declarations of intolerance by the Christian community.

Why is it acceptable for Secularist Liberals to piss on the Bible and call it critical humor, yet, it is not acceptable to do the same with the holy books or personages of other religions such as Islam.

Is Jesus not as sacred to Christians as Mohammad is sacred to Muslims?

Mass riots were justified by the left as a rational response to cartoons of Mohammad in Denmark.  Yet, Christians are irrational if/when their beliefs are demeaned by that same Secular Left.

I’d love to hear the rationalization on that one by the Secular Multi-culturists.  Speaking of Culture.  Is Christianity not a part of the CULTURE of the West.  Why is it the Christian Religion not afforded the same respect as Islam in these matters.  Piss on the Qu’ran.  Bad.  No matter the circumstances.  Piss on the Bible.  “It’s a joke.  Sarcasm.  Critical humor.”  Portray Mohammad in cartoons depicting him with a bomb for a turban.  Bad.  Never mind the fact that Muslims worldwide have grafted this image into the mainstream consciousness.  Never mind the fact that there is no place on the planet wherein Muslims live peacefully side by side with non-Muslim neighbors.  Piss on a Picture of Jesus or caricature Jesus in a cartoon.  “It’s just a joke.”

The Secular Left are cowardly hypocrites on the subject of religion.  Period.

I grow tired of it.

Multi-cultural, they wish to call themselves.  I call them what they are.  Christian haters.

For the record, I’m not Christian.  I shed that belief ages ago.  That doesn’t mean that I can’t see hypocrisy when it is plainly evident.

Maybe Christians should start rioting in the streets and murdering artists for portraying their religious symbols inappropriately.  Apparently, that’s the only way that the average Secularist will respect your beliefs.

I dare say that not one of the cowards would piss on a picture of Christ if  he, afterwards, had to fear for his safety or life.

Try pissing on a picture of Mohammad on TV, Larry David.  Hell, just try showing a picture of Mohammad on TV.  I’d love to see Larry David defend that one as “playful” as a mob of angry Muslims beat him and threw rocks at him.  I’d love to witness his attempt to explain to the murderers of Van Gogh in Sweden as they wielded a knife in anticipation of gutting the infidel.  I’m sure they’d listen to him closely.  I’m sure the extremist elements of Islam would love to murder an infidel and a Jew.  Two birds with one stone and all.

Cowards and hypocrites all.

Christians need to stop whining over these things and take up arms against them.  Defend your ideals.  I’m not necessarily talking about violence or shooting.  There are other ways of dealing with this hypocrisy.  Just stop the incessant whining.

Larry David should test his comic theories on Muslims in America.  Piss on a picture of Mohammad.  Claim it was merely being “playful.”  When he and his fellow hypocrites start using the same standard for Muslims as for Christians, they’ll have a point.  Until then, they’re merely typical leftists bigots.
