1913 & The Era of Tyranny

irsagent

In 1913, the 16th Amendment to the United States Constitution was adopted allowing the Federal Government to directly tax the people. Thus was born the Income Tax.

Taxation of a person’s labor is enslavement in all but name only.

The Federal Reserve was also born that year allowing the Federal Government to issue “fiat money.” Money that is valued only so long as confidence can be fabricated and maintained by the Federal Government. The Fed can print money to it’s heart’s content devaluing our currency ever so slowly in the process. This is theft by devaluation. One dollar today is not the same as one dollar a mere ten years ago. Stealth wealth redistribution.

The Federal Reserve is made possible only because of the tax base which is the Citizenry of the United States of America.

We are accounts upon which the Federal Government of the United States can perpetually draw upon for any and every misadventure and insane scheme that the Banks, controlling US Corporations and the Fed can fantasize about in their greedy, beady eyed little heads.

Imperial America was born in 1913 made possible by the creation of the Federal Reserve and a permanent funding source that is US, the United States Citizen.

Also, in the year 1913, the 17th Amendment was passed. This crafty amendment altered the s/election of the Senators of the United States of America.

Where before, the States Legislatures elected United States Senators, thereby maintaining control over the Senior Representatives of the respective, autonomous and sovereign States, the 17th Amendment created direct elections via popular State Citizen vote of the Senators from each State.

These acts removed any checks that the individual and sovereign States held over the Federal Government paving the way for the Centralized and all too powerful Federal Government that we have today wherein the Executive can take the Nation to war on whims, lies and propaganda and truth be damned.

The Federal Government is now Supreme and all powerful. What it cannot overcome via coercion and threats of violence, it can overcome with pork via the confiscations of the Income Tax and the tyrannical Internal Revenue Service.

Americans are now wholly owned subsidiaries of the Federal Government of the United States of America. We are slaves in all but name.

Try not paying your Federal Income Taxes and see how free you are.

The monies that are collected via the income tax make possible every evil that has been enacted by the Federal Government since 1913.

Charity @ GunPoint — The Democrat Way

Well…ya see.

It’s like this.

I have no problem with helping the poor and the needy.

I’ve given folks spare change. I’ve bought clothing for children in Afghanistan, Cambodia, Thailand and Egypt. Among other places.

I’ve helped rebuild schools, supply schools and have given classes in non-industrial and pre-industial nations.

I’ve worked for charities such as Meals on Wheels in America.

I’ve given tons of stuff to Good Will and the Salvation Army.

I’ve sent money to causes all around the world and in America.

I’ve done all of this and I quite thoroughly enjoy helping others who are poverty stricken or in some way in need of assistance.

WHAT I DON’T WANT and WHAT I DON’T LIKE is giving money to a corrupt, bloated bureaucracy such as the Federal Government of the United States of America so that said bloated, corrupt bureaucracy can waste nearly all of said money by giving it to corrupt, bloated turds of the Republican and Democrat Party Donors Association.

No, I do not think that the United States Government is a good agency for my money or the honest disbursal of said monies to those who are poverty stricken and in need of assistance.

Oh yeah…I’m not Christian. So I don’t really care what kind of person the myth of Christ makes him out to be.

Dear America, You are Slaves, at Worst, Indentured Servants, at Best

Everything in America is commercialized and monetized. This is America. It’s also what is wrong with America.

Everyone thinks that everything that they do is “special.” It’s not.

Most of you/us are wage slaves beholden financially to a giant corporation which gives less than two thoughts to anything beyond the bottom line. If it’s not producing profit, it has no value.

Get used to it. You should already be used to it. It’s been this way since at least 1913 when the income tax was passed and each American became nothing more than a Dollar Sign to the Mother Corporation.

To Mother America, you are nothing but a tax collection point. You have no rights that Mother America is bound to respect.

Change “Black” to “Citizens.” Change “the white man” to the “Federal Government.” This simple statement gives you the reality of the UNITED STATES (Corp US.) Of America.

You are Dredd Scott.

Reparations for Black Americans

Image

Why should a non-victim or partial victim or co-victim have to pay reparations for a crime, oppression, repression or suppression which they did not commit and against which they have or would have fought if they were alive at the time.

I have been a victim of racism on several occasions. I was jumped by 8 black men simply because I was White. I was lucky as I wasn’t as alone as they thought I was and several friends, including Black friends, came to my aid.

How can I blame Black people for beating my ass when Black people were among those who came to my aid?

It’s the same with Slavery.

African Slaves were sold into slavery by Africans. They were sold to Europeans, other Africans as well as to Arabs and Asians.

African Slaves were ultimately freed, in America, because White people fought to uphold the Union. That fight, ultimately, ended slavery for the African in America.

Ironically, Slavery is still legal in some African Nations. It still exists. IN AFRICA.

Somehow, Bill Clinton thought it wise, humanitarian…an American duty to apologize to Africa for African Slavery.

That never made sense to me.

“Africa, we apologize Slavery by which I mean we apologize for purchasing slaves from African Slave traders who enriched themselves off of the African Slave trade.”

And now others wish for those who are descendants of non-slave holding Americans to pay folks who were never enslaved but who were descendants of slaves some 150 odd years ago or more because Africans sold Africans in to slavery to peoples of other nations thereby creating for all future Americans a period of indentured servitude that is essentially unconstitutional by enslaving future generations of said Americans to the Federal State and their minions at the IRS who will be forced to pay off the debt created by said reparations.

Something about that makes zero sense to me.

Maybe it’s just me.

Immigration and Taxation

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

Illegal immigrant is kind of a stupid term. lol An immigrant is an immigrant. Some travel with permission, some do not. That said, a simple term was needed in order to simplify the discussion. Especially since so many people can’t think in terms/relationships of complex and dynamic challenges.

The media and government had to dumb the conversation down so that the majority of modestly educated middle Americans could follow along and be fooled into following one or the other spoon fed ideologies.  Let’s face it.  Make the paragraph too long and most Americans tune out.

Technically speaking, I’ve been in a number of countries illegally. I never intended to stay, though.

The majority of persons who have illegally crossed the borders into America are here to take on jobs that are low paying, menial positions that many Americans will not, for a variety of reasons, take on.

If you deport (kick out) all of these “illegals,” you have one of two choices:

1. Find Americans to work these menial tasks/jobs for low wages. (PROBABLY NOT GOING TO HAPPEN).

2. Raise the wage base so that Americans will actually take these positions.

That will likely cause a huge rise in prices for many  of these products and services.

Food prices will skyrocket. Prices for nearly everything will be hiked as many of your janitor/custodial workers and low wage folks in restaurants and the like are illegals. Prices for roofing and like services will likewise skyrocket. Any labor oriented service will raise in pricing.

Are you ready to pay the price for getting rid of all of these “wretched” America invading illegal migrants workers.

The criminals who come to America mixed in with average migrating families are an extremely low percentage of illegal immigrant population. I realize that Right leaning groups of the GOP have used that wedge issue in their fear mongering vote grabbing schemes.  Criminals would continue to spirit themselves into America regardless of the ebb and flow of immigration into America.

With these things in mind, are you, middle American, prepared to pay higher prices for good and services in order to “solve” the immigration question?

This is only one area affected by immigration. There is also the fact that immigrants whether legally or illegally introduced to the United States all pay tax. If they purchase goods in America, they pay a tax.

This is one reason why we should go away from the antiquated and punitive Income Tax system and gear our taxation towards consumption. A National Sales tax would be fair to all and it would tax millions of tourists as well as all immigrants regardless of their status.  Aside from this, taxing consumption encourages saving and would in all likelihood discourage binge-credit spending.  That may be why big business is against a National Sales Tax.

There are many outright lies generated by both the left and the right concerning immigration (illegal or otherwise) AND taxation in the United States. Find your way to the truth. Stop following the party line. Listen to your inner voice. The one that is human. Ignore the voice that tells you what a Republican or Democrat should feel about these complex topics.

Seek the truth, though, it is  a difficult path to tread.
