The New Jim Crow, Black Lives Matter & Hillary

“But now that I’ve been speaking out and saying that mass incarceration is the new Jim Crow, now all of a sudden the Clintons are saying, ‘oh wait a minute, we are going to be back on the other side of this issue right now.’”

The African American under the Clinton Boot

The Clintons injected steroids in the New Jim Crow. It is amazing to me that Hillary Clinton, Democrats and other Hillary supporters have the unmitigated gall to claim that others are racists.

Why the fuck Black Americans supported Hillary is beyond me. Bill Clinton is the one who amped up the Drug War, Incarceration and Police Militarization that has led to the exact complaints of #BlackLivesMatter. This is exactly why I believe the BLM movement to be nothing more than Sorosian Propaganda. If BLM were really an intelligent, meaningful movement, there is no way that they would have supported Hillary Clinton. They’d have supported Rand Paul, Bernie Sanders or Gary Johnson.

You want to talk about cognitive dissonance. Black Lives Matter Activists supporting a candidate like Hillary Clinton is the very definition of it.

Najibullah of Afghanistan

“We have a common task, Afghanistan, the United States of America, and the civilized world, to launch a joint struggle against fundamentalism,” Najibullah told the Times, and “described what he thought would happen to his country if Islamic extremists took power in Kabul.”

“If fundamentalism comes to Afghanistan, war will continue for many more years,” Najibullah said. “Afghanistan will turn into a center of world smuggling for narcotic drugs. Afghanistan will be turned into a center for terrorism.”

President Najibullah, Afghanistan, 1989

Colin Kaepernick; Civil Disobedience

la-sp-sn-49ers-colin-kaepernick-20151103-001

Listen up, Idiot America.

You know who you are.
1. Colin Kaepernick is not saying that HE has be oppressed by the Police. He is saying that Police Oppression does exist.
IT DOES EXIST!
2. He has more moral courage than the majority of his detractors. He has laid his reputation and his career on the line. He has put his ability to earn millions on the line.
3. Civil Disobedience in America has a long and proud history in America. First and foremost, we have Martin Luther King Jr and the Civil Rights Movement. The American Revolution started with Civil Disobedience. The Abolitionists exercised disciplined civil disobedience and took down the institution of slavery in the United States.
4. The Police are the State. They are not your friends. They are not your buddies. They aren’t going to give out lollipops and ice cream and hugs.
The are enforcers of the law. They say this. They repeatedly state that they don’t make the law, they only enforce it. They do so thoughtlessly. They will enforce the most benign laws and the most heinous and malicious legislation without thought. Morality means nothing to them.
There are laws now in America which are immoral. There have always been laws in America which are/were immoral. For instance, the Fugitive Slave Law was once the law of the land in America. Police enforced that law. Currently, we have drug prohibition laws which prohibit parents from saving the lives of their children and from healing their children. Police thoughtlessly enforce those immoral laws.
Police are not your friend. They are an instrument of the State. There is no law so insignificant over which the Police will not enact violence against a Citizen of the United States. They will brutalize, maim and kill to enforce laws. They have done so. They will continue to do so.
Police in America are above the law. They have qualified immunity. the Supreme Court has ruled that Police can lie to you. The Supreme Court has ruled that the Police have no obligation to protect or serve the Citizen. Police can break the law in order to enforce the law. They can rob you on the highways of America thanks to Civil Asset Forfeiture laws.
If you are ignorant of these terms and laws, educate yourself. It is not that difficult.

What Colin Kaepernick is doing is as American as Mom and Apple Pie. It is called Civil Disobedience. He has put more on the line in taking this stance than most Americans will place on the line in their entire lifetimes.

Colin Kaepernick has started a National Conversation on Police Brutality. Talk America and stop hating on your fellow Americans. Listen America, to the sounds of the people making their way through this life.

Think America! Before it is too late, learn to think.

P.S. I am a Veteran.

A Special Class of Citizen Above and Beyond the Law

<> on December 1, 2015 in Chicago, Illinois.

CHICAGO, IL – DECEMBER 01: A Chicago police badge hangs in front of the City of Chicago Public Safety Headquarters on December 1, 2015 in Chicago, Illinois. Following public outcry over the way police handled the shooting death of Laquan McDonald by Chicago police officer Jason Van Dyke, Mayor Rahm Emanuel today announced he had fired Chicago Police Superintendant Garry McCarthy. McCarthy, Emanuel and Cook County States Attorney Anita Alvarez have been accused of trying to cover up the shooting. (Photo by Scott Olson/Getty Images)

What of immoral laws and legislated criminality?

Does it matter that our Politicians use Police Forces to enforce laws that are based on laws and our Citizens are thereby falsely made criminal?

It is said that every Citizen in the United States unknowingly violates up to three laws per day. Simply because the Representatives whom we have elected have been corrupted by Corporations.

We care not for this.

A woman goes to prison for saving the life of her child. You find this moral.

We have no sympathy for the plight of this woman and other Citizens like her.

We care not that Law Enforcers have qualified immunity and have used it to get away with murder in incidents involving your fellow Citizens. We care not that Law Enforcers have used Civil Asset Forfeiture to unjustly and extra-Constitutionally pillaged and plundered your fellow Citizens.

We care not that marijuana was used deceptively to outlaw hemp in order that Corporations such as Dupont Chemicals can maximize profits whilst the State imprisons shiny-badges-dontmillions and uses them as slave labor for other Corporations such as UniCorp?

We care not that Richard Nixon used the “Justice” system to target his enemies whom he labeled hippies, spics and niggers in order to quell dissent against the evil that was the war in Vietnam?

These immoral acts that have resulted in the criminalizing of mine and your fellow Citizens give you no pause?

Truly?

Are we simply in denial of these realities?

One can research all of these issues easily on the World Wide Web.

One can read about the militarization of our Police forces that began under Bush and was furthered by Clinton, Bush Jr and Obama that has resulted in a completely negated purpose of the Posse Comitatus Act.

Many of those whom we would call criminal are simply victims of a corrupt and immoral Justice system that has been perverted by our Politicians and the behest and to the benefit of Corporations.

It has been known for decades that marijuana can heal those who are afflicted with epilepsy. It has been known for decades that marijuana can help with brain trauma. It has been known for decades that marijuana has properties that can help to and in some cases aid in the actual curing of cancer.

Yet, there is no profit in a plant that grows in nature.

We now have synthetic marijuana. For the first time in the history of human use of marijuana, we have had overdoses.

Why? Because of the immoral, deceptive drug war. That selfsame drug war that has resulted in the incarceration of millions of non-violent Citizens for victimless crimes conjured by the State at the behest of Corporations.

At what point do we stop and think.

In Ferguson, arrest warrants were issued for simple misdemeanors. These arrest warrants resulted in loss of life, destruction of property and much damage in the relationship between the Law Enforcers and the Community. These activities resulted directly in the protests and violence after the shooting of Michael Brown.

I care not that Brown attacked the Cop. I care that a Police shot a Citizen and killed him. That is tantamount to extra-judicial punishment. It was a death sentence for the simple crime of jaywalking and daring to stand up to injustice within a community.

At what point do we question the activities of our Law Enforcers and our Politicians?

Do we never question the State? If it is not right to question the State, how, then, are we a free people.

Police are enforces of law. Police are tools of the State. They are not honorable heroes who are acting selflessly. Especially not in this age wherein we have Police treated as a Special Class of Citizen who are above the law. Qualified immunity gives Police a license to kill. Police are taught in special seminars to shoot first and ask questions later. Police are told to state “I was in fear for my life” any time they are involved in a shooting.

Others may worship these Special Citizens. I do not. I see that they are The State and the State should never be worshiped but always questioned.

One must wake up…before it is too late.
