On Marriage

One need not be married to have a full and loving relationship.  Marriage is superficial.  It is for those who seek State approval of their relationship.  A strong, mature relationship seeks inner strength and needs not the approval or acknowledgement of Church or State.

This is not to say that the relationships themselves are superficial.  I am merely saying that the act is superficial.  Marriage is the servile act of seeking approval.  It’s an official stamp on a relationship by Church or State.

I do not need this.  I do not need GoD’s sanction to love someone.  Nor do I need the official sanction of the Federal or State Government.    Neither do I want it.
